日本酒店

由於天氣對臺灣的我們來說相當的寒冷，但是飯店的空調跟暖氣非常舒適，雖然洗澡水會自由的冷熱交替，但也是洗約十五至二十分鐘才有的現象，服務品質的部分非常好，因為這五晚的某一晚凌晨一點，我才剛洗好澡，準備吹頭髮的時候發現吹風機的送風口有灰塵黏著，看起來超噁心，我馬上打電話用簡單英文請服務人員幫我換一隻，沒想到服務人員居然拿新的吹風機給我，因為我看到她手上有剛拆的盒子，服務真的很好，且英文相當流利！推薦給大家！

the interior of the hotel reception is really old in which i lowered my expectation to the room. fortunately, the room is very clean and not so old, except the bathroom. the location is excellent that there's not so much hotel which is within 5 minutes walk from shinjuku station with such a low price! I will come again when I visit tokyo again.

The room space is big and comfortable compared with other Japanses hotel. The staff is very very helpful. I have to appreciate Yazawa San. I placed my Internet order lately and I still not received my package while I checked out. Yazawa San helped me to check with truck company and got my package at last minutes. Really helpful and kind. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and choose this hotel again in the future.

很新很整洁的中世纪风格的酒店。就在难波地铁站上。乘地铁到难波站，找A16出口，在A16附近可以找到一个30的标识。没搞懂这个30是什么意思。是30号出口还是30号门。反正标识象出口一样，挺明显的。出来后，乘扶梯上二楼。就是酒店的大门了。进去后直接乘电梯去22楼。酒店前台在那里。酒店地理位置太好了，走路去道顿掘和心斋桥用不上5分钟。酒店对面就是。酒店地下一楼有一个超市，Food Market。又大又便宜。早上9点开到晚上12点。超市门口是个面包房，开门比较早，买早餐很适合。我们是两大三小住的三床房。很宽敞，床也挺宽的，应该有120cm。我们把两张床拼成了一个大床，妈妈带三个小娃睡，很好。最后要提一下，我们住29楼，窗外是大阪的实景，非常棒。o

The hotel is just 5 min away from the main Umeda subway station, not to mention the shopping center right above the subway station, very convenient. There's a starbucks right next to the exit at 1F, for any of you who needs breakfast, it's a plus. The clerks speak fluent English. We stayed at a two-bed room, the room size is just standard, it suits us perfectly though. From the information on their website, there's no wifi signal in the room, so we brought our wifi router. Didn't try to find hotel's wifi signal so weren't so sure if there's any in the room, but here's a information - we found free wifi signal when we stayed at "Monterey Kyoto".

Wonderful hotel!! Room is clean and comfortable.The place of hotel is convenient and near 京橋station. But 京橋station is so big, we could't find the hotel on the first day in Osaka and asked for local. After that, we find the hotel is near the connect bridge between OBP and 京橋station. Next time I visit Osaka, I will chooose to stay the hotel again.

对面就是二条城，酒店门口就是公车站，可以很方便到京都车站或者其他地方，离京都御苑也蛮近的，总之地理位置很好，离地铁也很近，附近不远处就有7-11。酒店服务也就不用说了，真的太好了，细微又贴心，唯一觉得不足的就是没有无线网络，但我们有买卡，所以有没有也不要紧。房间也真的很大，对于在日本来说，已经很大了。

這次是第二次入住，還帶媽媽一起來。交通方便，靠近地下鐵(而且有電梯，拖行李不會太累)、公車站。這幾天天氣很冷，走完一整天的行程後，回到飯店還可以泡熱水澡(以160公分的我來說，浴缸算大)，熱水很燙，相當舒服。房間的清潔人員也相當貼心，除了打掃得很乾淨之外，竟然連我們放在床上的睡衣，也都摺得好好的。這次連住四個晚上，每天回到旅館都有很放鬆的感覺。另外，一定要誇獎的是，房間牆上有音響的控制板，三十幾個音樂頻道可以選擇，推薦第37頻道，有很舒壓的古典輕音樂。Hearton Hotel 房間雖小，但設備齊全，完全是高級享受!!!

Location is just near JR Hakata Station. It is very convenience for tourists. However, only starcases are provided at the entrance of the hotel, it is not convenienced for travellers with much and heavy luggages.

連續住了三晚,雖然房間小了點,但位在鬧區的飯店逛街超便利,距離博多車站走路也只要十分鐘左右的時間,一蘭拉麵好好吃,大家一定要品嚐喔

Small room but clean and comfortable. Conveniently located : just 5 minutes walking distance from Hakata JR and Subway Station. Staff is polite and can communicate well in English. Slow internet connection speed is a flaw. Recommended for those who simply look for staying for overnight sleep.
