Drury Plaza Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown

"We had a great time at the Drury. We came in for the concert at Acrisure Stadium and the location of the hotel was perfect! Right downtown it was easily walkable to many things like the strip district and Arts Landing as well as many other restaurants and coffee shops. We even walked back from the stadium, which is about a 45 minute walk. It’s an older hotel but the rooms have everything you might need and it’s great to have complimentary breakfast and dinner offered although we didn’t get a chance to try it out. We loved the 24 hr coffee and bar and the lovely patio on the 8th floor . The hotel is very safe- you’ll need your room key in the elevator and also to enter the hotel after 8 or 9 pm. I think the most awesome thing about the hotel is the staff - they are fantastic! Warm, friendly, and super helpful. It also has the original bank vaults that are still there, which the meeting rooms are built around . Very cool ! I would stay here again if I were to come back to downtown Pittsburgh."

"The only problem we had was that we had checked in the day before and still we’re not allowed to valet park when we got there because there was a concert that night and they were allowing random people off the street to park in the garage and not holding spaces for people that were staying at the hotel"

"The parking, $35 per day, and had to park outside due to restricted vehicle height, should have been free or reduced price. Draft beer at bar was $12, Diet Coke bottle was $4. I usually never complain about prices but I felt they over charge. The bar/restaurant was under-staffed and service was SLOW!Our AC unit had a bad rattle when it cycled on. Staff was friendly or this would have been a 2* rating."
