"The stay experiences this time was very bad, the fire alarm was ON at 5:00 am in the early morning, everyone went out for fire evacuation. After 20 minutes, we went back to the room and the fire alarm kept to ON every 30 minutes until 9am. It was so annoying and really can't sleep from 5am to 9am and I need to check out at 11am on that day. I tried to call front desk to see what happened the fire alarm kept to ON, but no one pick up the call. Very disappeared to stay in this hotel."

Room was tidy and good; well equipped except there is no hair dryer. Even we requested for hairdryer a couple of times, it never appeared throughout our 4-days stay.
No bottled water in room.
Booking before
I booked a room for 2, asked for twin bed at time of booking as I was travelling with my parent. The hotel replied with 2 upgrade options, both available only at nearly doubled price. In another word, a studio does not have 2 beds. "
"The check-in is slow, inefficient and chaotic which wasted so much of our time and caused lots of inconvenience. The staff is aware of the issue but didn’t show any concerns or try to help the situation.
The room is in reasonable shape but the lack of amenities for a Hilton is unacceptable. This is a hot summer here in Cambridge and they don’t even have a fridge in the room?!
Don’t expect to have coffee in the room either because they don’t have a coffee maker here… just tea bags and cheap instant hot chocolate (not that I would drink but no instant coffee either).
The location is good. So, don’t expect the Hilton quality or service and you would probably be happier… think Marriott Courtyard or 2~3 star hotel…"
