The distance from the city centre/old town is really no issue, a bolt ride is about 3-4€ or its a nice walk, and you have beautiful views from the long boardwalk along the shore super close nearby. Absolutely recommend over one of those massive, tall hotels. Breakfast was great, especially on weekends, there are many beautifil pools and gardens. We loved our room, super clean and nice. It was quite hot during the day without aircon or a fan, but thankfully it cooled down quite a lot in the evenings so having a window open was fine. Seems like the bungalows have 2 sun loungers on each shaded balcony so having an afternoon snooze was also possible. There was a shop onsite which is very convenient. There is a bus stop outside going to/from the beach and Lagos, or you can walk to the Luz beach in about 20-30 minutes. It...
