"Comfortable accomodation for 2. We had plenty of room and the beds were comfortable (a little on the softer side). We could easily prepare breakfast in the morning with the small kitchen as well. The bus stop is very close by, as is a large 7-11. And we were also able to rent bikes for the day from this accomodation, which we really enjoyed! Check-in worked exactly as described. Recommended!"

"Very clean and new. In-room washing machine is just awesome. I went there in the winter so laundry dried over night. Best thing here is there is a huge humidifier in room. Everything is good except that you will need around 20 mins to go to city center, but still very convenient. "

"Cheap and convenient property for stays in Fukuoka. Easy access to the subway and very handy for sightseeing Ohori Park and local museums. The place was clean with shower facilities, toilets, eating space, and a free washing machine and dryer."

I picked this hotel because it locates very close to the outlet. If you are not driving, it may not be the ideal location for you. "

"i absolutely loved my time at UNPLAN!! the staff were all very friendly and kind, and they had several free-accommodation staff that were awesome as well. became fast friends with one of them and it made the entire experience even more enjoyable. the bunks are very high quality and the mattresses, pillows, and blankets were more comfortable than other hostels i’ve stayed at. each bunk had ample space for storage as well as a lock box and hangers. the bathroom facilities, kitchen/lounge, and...

"Very courteous staff! The rooms were extra clean and perfect amenities. Good location since there is the airport train line right next to the hotel. The shopping center is just a few blocks just one train stop. Ruins and Ohori Park are just a few blocks from hotel. Delicious and healthy breakfast catering to many guests. Great coffee :-)."

"Great location with lots of shopping nearby. Very trendy area. Shout out to the coffee stand opposite the hotel - we visited everyday. However it's an apartment so you are expected to keep the place clean. We didn't use the loft at all because it felt flimsy and tiny for bigger sized people. We just slept on the sofa bed and created a makeshift sleeping area in the living room. Heating on the first floor is poor. We were quite cold during the winter."

"Room was nice and clean, being able to check-in early was a plus. The bathroom is big for Japan hotel standards, was able to full submerge into the bathtub and relax after a long day of walking. The epsom salt packets were a nice bonus!"
