"We had issues with the staff being impolite and unfriendly. The amenities were quite limited. The room sheets were unclean and there was no refrigerator too. The bathroom didn't have door mats and the sink was dysfunctional."

"It started with a poor chek-in, where internet coverage was too bad and room was not very clean. in the new room internet coverage was better as modem was nearby. However the room was not looking fresh. The towel set was really bad (which was replaced later). The Display in the TV was full of lines and the mechanic told, it was like that in every room. More over only free channels were available and hardly any paid channels. The remote of the TV was changed twice during my stay, The TV...
