"This hotel was SO COOL! We splurged for the one room with the private balcony overlooking the church and square. What a unique experience! The staff was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. They even helped us find dinner reservations for a restaurant that was fully booked. It felt like VIP treatment, and I got the impression they treated everyone that way. Excellent service! We really liked the bar there as well. It was beautiful and the drinks were excellent."

"Hotel concept follows comic books, famous in Belgium. It must have been completed recently, as all facilities look like new. Walkable to most important landmarks in the old town, as well as good restaurants, canal tours, etc. Nice breakfast. And importantly, staff are light of heart to go along the hotel concept. "
