"Firstly its a lovely hotel in a great location. We received an upgrade when checking in, which was nice, offering us a good view of the London skyline. Room was nice and clean, bed was soft but all in all reasonably basic. Only thing missing was a biscuit and any information on how to work things and hotel services. "Great location, within walking distance to Central London. Staff were attentive and helpful. For a B&B the stay was good. Clean rooms, a more than acceptable breakfast. For the price it couldn't be beaten."

"The location was very good for us for our appointment, but also within walking distance to meet family in the evenings near Baker Street and along Oxford Street. Tube stations were not far had we needed them. Staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful and there were plenty of good choices for breakfast. It was my first stay in a Holiday Inn, but I would choose one again."

"Great location and easy access to theatres, parks, Royal Academy of music and general shopping . Everywhere is accessible and easy to get to . Well connected with tube lines, although Tottenham Court Road is very easy to walk to. I’ve been here a few times and continue to come back - The Level is worth paying the extra for the breakfast / all day refreshments and Tapas/ drinks . Truly lovely ."
