"The room was great! Location was very central with almost 20-30 min walks to major attractions and museums. It's close to a train station and a lot of the trams and buses. Most importantly, it was close to the Vienna concert hall where a many lovely concerts were held. The staff is super nice and helpful in all aspects - from food recommendations to umbrella rentals - everything is perfect! The only thing is that the heat is a bit too high but this was resolved via opening windows. Thank you...

She was welcoming, fun and had great recommendations and such a warm personality! The sauna and gym were wonderful to relax in after work meetings, and the room was cozy and clean. Quiet rooms, and a great little bathroom with wonderful lighting. Will Definitely stay here again when I’m back in Vienna! "
