Lots of restaurants right outside the apartment. 49 steps to get from the front door to the apartment, no elevator. Construction outside room with two single beds that can be noisy in the mornings. Would stay again and recommend "

The location was very convenient, whether using public transportation or exploring on foot. However, the sidewalks in the area are quite narrow, so some caution is needed when walking. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Como!!"

"Traveling with my husband to Lake Como area for the first time. The location is great! Easy to walk to local restaurants and many available tours from Como. Ferry is right there. Breakfast buffet was ok-there weren’t many options for a vegan like myself. Rooms and bathrooms are small and could be updated."

"Outstanding view!! But really isolated and if it’s raining and between 11:00am-4:00pm, you’ll have to walk a mile to the funicular. Mama Gina’s food is excellent. Nice room. Friendly staff, but I believe the lady we had at the desk was new. "

"Extremely easy place to stay to get around the lake. We have 2 kids and the bunk beds were perfect. The staff at the front desk were so helpful! There’s AC and Great Lake views. The walk to the ferry and train station are both 5 mins. The funiculare is right next to the hotel. So many restaurants including one at the hotel with a roof terrace view of the lake. "
