"We had a lovely time staying at hotel du cygne. It was easy to find from the Metro station and in an incredible location with access to all major Paris landmarks. There was no AC in the room but a very powerful fan so it felt cool and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and always available if you had questions. They spoke in both French and English. "Magnifique! The apartments are centrally located for exploring Paris. There is a shopping mall nearby with a metro station under it. The rooms are very clean with well appointed kitchen facilities and great showers. Smart TV’s allow you to unwind with a TV show or movie. The sofa beds are already made up and easily convert to a bed. You access the building using a code and have another for your room. It feels very safe and secure. "The hotel’s location is incredible (metro stop right at the corner, walking distance to the Louvre, etc.), rooms are clean and kitchenette is very well-equipped. The property is quiet other than being able to hear the metro, but that’s not a big deal. I was a little nervous about there not being on-site reception, but messages were answered almost immediately, and the door codes for all three entrances made me feel very secure."

"The location was great. It is within walking of the Louve, Norte Dame and practically on the banks of the Seine. There great cafes near by along with shops near by. The oldest church in Paris is directly across the street. I cannot praise the staff of the hotel enough.. They were as helpful and friendly beyond expectation. "Perfect for a short stay. Apartment is compact but tidy. We stayed as a family - four adults. Supermarket is opposite and plenty of lovely cafes close by. Louvre is easy walkable as is Pyramides Metro stop. Very secure and a quiet area so felt safe and slept well. Easy check in - instructions are very clear. Overall great value. "
