My wife and I stayed in Room #1, which we were apprehensive about because it was in the lower level, next to the hotel laundry and adjacent to the street. But we did not hear a peep (and we stayed a weekend)! Plenty of street parking available, walkable (e.g., near plenty of eateries and bars), right next to public transport...cannot recommend...

If you're looking for public transportation this is not the spot for you however if you're traveling by car they have a decent sized parking lot, with electric charge on site, and a gas station feet away which is SUPER rare in the city.
