"The location of the hotel is great and convenient. It is close to 2 stations and Namba Walk is just outside. Dotonbori and Kuromon Market are easily walkable as well. The room is spacious but I can tell it is quite old but still clean. The amenities on offer are great as well. The staff are really helpful and courteous. The laundry facilities is the biggest I have seen in my travels. They also have lots of dining options at the lower levels of the hotel plus a lounge you can relax at next to...

"The location is great for what we needed- a quiet place but with the convenience of a grocery store just in front of the hotel and restaurant options nearby; and also close enough to walk to the bustling city center of the Shibuya Crossing Scramble. Since we stayed over the new year holiday, many restaurants were closed during that period, so the staff worked hard to find a restaurant that met our preferences and helped make reservations for us at the last minute. Overall great service!"
