"The room is small but clean, has everything you need. The location is superb, which is just accross Kansai Namba station. Ample foods and shopping option nearby, direct train to airport, short walk to Dotanbori. All the checkin - check out are done with a QR quote, if you need help, you can email staff there or if you come into the foyer, they will talk to you over the speaker. First experience for me, but maybe their target to cut costs. Only cons is that the property does not have a lift,...
