"We stayed about a week. Very secluded away from the noise. Very quiet and relaxing. Minimal entertainment which is fine for us. Cancun and Playa del Carmen are fairly close by Uber or Taxi. Excellent service, personalized. Butlers are excellent. Pools are beautiful. Food is ok. Definitely recommend."

"I honestly don’t know where to begin. We have stayed at approximately 20 different resorts in Mexico, hands down THE BEST one yet. CLEAN, lovely rooms, comfortable beds, the food…. OMG! It was delicious… every single thing we had was great! The staff… absolutely amazing! The beach and multiple pools are spectacular. We will be returning for sure! "

"The property is off the beaten path. The cabanas are quiet and relaxing. The hosts are friendly and helpful. You can order off the menu and enjoy a delightful meal in the common area or back at your cabana. Plan on renting a car for ease of travel. Puerto Morelos beach is 16 min away but not walking distance. If you need true R&R, or a retreat location, this is the place! I will be back!!!"

"Hotel stay was great. Was well run and hotel shuttle was convenient. We did have to wait a bit but appreciated the convenience of it. We stayed for two nights. Pool was nice, breakfast was good. Beds very comfy, room was very nice, hotel was quiet even though on a main highway. Restaurant was pricey but good. Did opt for a delivery pizza second night. Had shops attached to hotel and a convenience store for cheap coronas! Highly recommend. "

"Extraordinary! Beautiful family experience in this hotel. Love it! Big rooms, with all the amenities, fridge, microwave, tv, all you need in your room, very nice and quiet place. Two pools on the roof, one for children and the other one for adults where you have a bar. Beautiful view. Staff very friendly, kind and professional. Breakfast complete, many options of meals. Free parking with a lot of spaces. Security people."

"The beach was unfortunately completely overrun with seaweed, making it unusable. Our room was very comfortable, and the pools were nice, although the "hot tub" was not hot. The dinner restaurant was a little pricey, but the food and the beachfront location was excellent. Parking was very convenient."

There is an abundance of restaurant choices, both elegant and casual. The food is very good. The grounds are meticulously maintained as is the beach. So many activities to choose from amd there is even a minigolf course. Could not recommend this place enough. Can't get bored here even if you tried."
