I would have given this place a 5, but we had to wait almost two hours to get our room. We were told that we would be called once our room was ready, but no contacted us. They did let us leave our bags with the concierge, so that was helpful. An hour and forty-five minutes later, we returned to the front desk and the front desk staff said that our room […] was ready...fifteen minute ago. Aside from that, the room was great and the location was perfect for us. I would have preferred a room that was facing Westheimer Road, but the rear view was ok too. It is a nice hotel, but $10 to use the Internet? Really it should be free for all your guests. Even in the business office, $8 an hour? The wireless in the lobby was exceedingly slow. Great location but not a great Hotel. Very sparse, uncomfortable chairs, rooms were cheap with a cooler instead of a refrigerator. Hot water was luke warm at best.

Stayed three nights for business and really enjoyed it. Very convenient being connected to the mall. Had free parking onsite or valet if you like. Would recommend this hotel for anyone.

The air conditioner in the room was loud and combined with the street noise it was almost impossible to sleep. The view from the 20th floor was fabulous but overshadowed by the noise. Good weekend during Thanksgiving. Great for shopping in the Galleria Mall. The Staff are great. The rooms are big. The restaurant is fabulous. We recommend this hotel very highly. Grat location, close to restaurant, mall, stores...etc.

The hotel and staff were very nice. The hotel was exactly what I wanted and location fitted my needs. However they lost my car for over an hour before they were able to get it to me and was continuously telling me it was on its way. A little disturbing when all else was great.

I was supposed to have adjoining rooms as I had three of my daughters with me. When we signed in, we were told there were no adjoining rooms and would have to take rooms side by side. That is, of course, not adjoining rooms. If your rooms are booked and paid for, you should have what you requested.

We love to stay here when shopping....you can take your purchases back to your room and head out to buy more or go back to your room to relax or go swimming when you are done for the day. If you want to go shopping and stay in a nice hotel, I recommend the Westin Hotel. It is very clean and has a great situation all around the hotel area you can find restaurants and shops and more shops.
