This property was priced well and had a restaurant with bar on site. The water part closes at 9 pm so that was a bummer as we were unable to use it and it looked very enjoyable. The pasta we ate was delicious and priced fairly as well.

It was a good hotel for the price and all the amenities they had. Waterpark, tiki bar, restaurant. It was sad that some individuals didn’t take car of their kids and the kids pulled the fire alarm so was woken up around 2:30 in the morning and had to leave our rooms for about 45 minutes. All good place a lot of kids there.

It just started off bad as soon as we checked in our room was about 80-81° so we decided to go see a little bit of the town and go grab dinner somewhere came back to the room. It was still 81° very humid. Went down to the front desk to ask them for a room that AC worked in he said he would give me a different room and he would refund me the difference. So we had to swap rooms luckily that AC was working, but in the other room, they put us in the bathroom sink only had cold water no hot water. Still waiting on my refund from the room. I have called twice to see when I will receive it and they said I would get half back but when I called today they said they were not going to give me the refund. Just bad business

Room was clean, internet didn't work the best. We primarily stay here for the pool. Kids love it. All of the pools were cold accept the one with the slide. Due to amount of ppl water was extremely foggy. Kids still enjoyed themselves.

Location was great. On a road with several eating options and also had on site pizza restaurant. However, the cleanliness was something to be desired. Literally clumps of hair floating through the pools. You could see things floating in all pools, we got out pretty quick and didnt re enter. Room was okay but the immobile shower door left everything damp and the floor mat soaked. Our TV didnt work and my teenager and I could smell weed clear as day so we werent comfortable complaining.

It was dirty. We checked in Friday May 8th to a dirty room, and I mean dirty, nothing was clean. We go to switch rooms, and the room we were going to switch to had bed bugs so we didn’t switch. Come Saturday morning house keepers came over to clean our room. It’s clean, Fine no big deal. Then we get back to our room around 1am after going to a concert, not even an hour or so later some kids decide to pull the fire alarm waking everyone up at 230 in the morning so then we had to go up to the front lobby and sit there for over 2 hrs until the fire ppl could tell us to go back We didn’t get back to our room til 430am. I will never ever stay here again.

The children's pool was broken, tge hot tub was broken, the regular pool was filthy and had too much chlorine. Everywhere we waled had trash of some sort. Our room had a broken bathroom door that would close all the way, there was filth in every corner, one cutain was just hanging by one hook, the bedroom light swith was rusted and coming off the wall. Webrouggt our two grandkids there for a fun night and just got disappointment!
