There was only one bath towel in the room. I had made reservations for 3 adults. I asked twice to get additional towels and was assured that housekeeping would bring some. They never did. The rooms are very outdated and smell of wet dog.

Wow, NEVER AGAIN would I stay here!! Dirty towel on floor as soon as we walked in, NO wash clothes or hand towels in room and told not available,stains on sheets, No hot water to shower!!! The refrigerator did not work in our room and I have a type 1 diabete with insulin . . The lady at the desk was helpful and put it in the fridge downstairs with our name on it. Then our bathroom dripped all night and our air didn’t work. When I came down to get the insulin in the morning the man at the desk said yes she left me a note about that and got me my sons things but when I told him about the air and tub he didn’t care nor did he seem to want to listen. I was not very happy … Also the hot tub was not in working order which was part of the reason I book this one.

Room was clean. Hotel is run down, halls are dirty, outdoor doors have broken locks. They dont tell you this when booking but its now a rent by the week/month flop house. People have personal welcome mats in hallway. People sitting in cars in parking lot, bunch of dogs barking in rooms Regretted booking this one! Plenty of better close by

We checked in on Friday and the check in process was flawless. The front desk clerk was super friendly. However, there were only 2 towels in the room and one of those was ripped and frayed. The pool did not seem chlorinated at all and there was a door propped open from the pool to the outside where anyone, or anything, could have came in. Also while we were in thr pool a child pooped in the pool. The beds were almost unbearably hard and that is saying a lot because I love a firm mattress. The pillows were uncomfortable and one of the sheets was stained. The floor was so dirty that my feet were disgusting walking around barefoot in the room. On Saturday housekeeping took the trash and dirty towels, but did not replace the towels. On Sunday they didn't even come into our room. If you are looking for a 1 night stay, close to multiple places to eat, this is worth the price. However, for a multi-day, multi-person booking, I would not book again.

There wasnt a hot tub. The pool area smelled mildew. The room carpet had very bad spots that look like blood but they say it was cleaned. They say the room was cleaned but found a dirty wash rag on the shower curtain rail/bar! The 3rd shift worker kept saying he was sorry but didn’t have any other rooms to switch me too. The breakfast wasn't a buffet style. Only hot food was waffles. I asked for earlier check out with money return but wouldn’t. You get what you pay for thats for sure.

Did not end up staying at this hotel. Room reeked like smoke, light did not work in bathroom, large green extension cord was plugged in and went somewhere under the bed, sheets appeared to be slept in and not changed, holes in wall and curtains were so worn you could see through them. Hotel is very dilapidated.

The breakfast was nothing like the pictures. On the website it shows a hot breakfast, this wasn't even continental. Just horrible. Chairs around the pool are lacking and the ones that were there have the seats falling through. The pool deck is in bad shape, all flaking and beat up. The tub in our room didn't drain properly took forever and the plug for the tub didn't work there was an industrial extension cord running from our side window underneath the bed, not sure why.
