The cost of the room I was expecting more. Outdated rooms/furniture, paint pealing off the walls, shower appearance and condition of the carpet. The staff was great! Very helpful and friendly. The overall appearance of the hotel needs to be improved.

They would not let my 21 year old daughter check in because the reservation was in my name and not hers, even though we do have the same last name. The bar/restaurant area was not open. The hotel is outdated, but they have done remodeling. Room was clean. Expensive for what we got.

I would not stay here again. The hotel was very run down and dirty. Food on my room floor and shower head had scum like it hasn’t seen a scrub brush for a year . No breakfast- no employees around to ask for more coffee. Honestly for $250 i was SHOCKED at everything about this place

Room wasn’t the best and wasn’t able to get another room nor a refund. Hotel had no breakfast or active restaurant onsite everything was under renovations. We were only there for two nights but it was hard to enjoy them.

Upon arrival we tried to check in. There were two women at the front desk. They were very rude and wouldn’t even look us in the eye. We were told to come back later. When we did a man was working, he was more polite than the others. The room had a set of stick on eyelashes on the wall by the trim just sticking to it. You could tell areas had not been cleaned. During the night there was a clanging noise, almost like from a pipe. I noted this at check out and she didn’t even ask anymore questions. Just told us to put the key in the basket.

The hotel staff Zeke was great, he was dealing with another issue when we arrived but he was great. However I was unaware the restaurant was shut down at booking, no breakfast. Our hotel room did not appear to be cleaned in the bathroom. There was trash everywhere and bins full and it did appear one staff member was there the entire time by themselves. The pictures on this showing did not give what I anticipated to be a beautiful location. The landscaping was completely overgrown. A dirty diaper just laying the the parking lot. Aside from zeke whom did great the hotel itself is not one I’ll return too.

The hotel mentioned it was a smoke-free place, but smelled heavily like cigarette smoke during our stay. The bathroom shower curtain also smelled badly of mildew and needs to be replaced. This was in both of our rooms as a group. All of our key cards kept deactivating, even when we kept them away from phones and other cards. We ended up needing to reactivate them a few times during our 3-night stay. Breakfast was also unfortunately closed, which we were a little disappointed with.
