Nick at the front desk was patient, helpful and accommodating, especially when we found out the pool was not cleaned and therefore not open, after we promised the kids a swim when we arrived. Issues: Ice machine was broken, not enough towel sets were available for the extra people in the room, electrical outlet in room 132 was pushed in and could not use it, old mattress and water heater were visible laying inside courtyard, pool was not available, waffles tasted bad, milk was bad. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean.

First off was not told until last minute about the deposit fine I paid that then they’re supposed to have been the swimming pool while the swimming pool was emptied. There was no water in it and they weren’t sure when it was gonna be filled back up and there was a little bit of water in there that was green then got to the room and the air conditioner had not been on for us waiting and it was burning hot in there the refrigerator was unplugged. The blow dryer was unplugged. Everything was unplugged. We had to plug it all in ourselves. The pillowcases were not clean or they didn’t look clean, and the bathroom toilet would barely flush. There was two people, and there was only one towel and wash rag at all. I would not recommend this place ever and definitely won’t be staying there ever again.

The room appeared like it was clean, but I found things from previous guest. The tub had a big hairball as a stopper. I know I only paid $78, but seriously that should not matter when it comes to cleanliness and customer service.
