They need to update their pictures because they look nothing like the site. The pool was nice but all the amenities were missing and the rooms were dirty and dated. The lobby was nice but that was it. Was expecting what I saw on the website and it was not what I saw. The staff acted like children and the stay was horrible.

The facility was nice and clean, and the check-in staff was friendly and helpful. My only issue with service was when I asked for extra towels before showering and was told I could come get them in the morning. I would have preferred to have them brought up or provided at that time since I didn’t want to have to come downstairs before getting in the shower. The hotel was overall very nice and quiet, except for some noise around 2am and again around 9am when people were loudly screaming either outside or in the hallway. Aside from that, it was a pleasant stay.

We were greated by the world's rudest employee. The room had a damp mildew/smoke smell. Breakfast was out and they wouldn't refill it over an hour before the end of Breakfast. Overall a bad experience. And they charge your card but then dont charge it so you spend money you think you have and then they force charge it in. Overall bad. Place.

The first thing you notice is the trash, everywhere in the parking lot. Upon check in, the first thing I noticed was the paint chips on the floor. There was a sizable water stain on the ceiling that it had fallen from. The vents in the bathroom hadn’t been dusted in quite a while, just a guess. The baseboard in one corner was completely rotted. If my wife and I hadn’t been exhausted from traveling we would have checked out immediately and demanded a refund. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

The pictures shown for the hotel when booking do not reflect reality. The hotel is dated and not clean. Our room was dated, not clean and many obvious repairs to previous issues/damage. The bathroom was not clean. We booked the room with 2 adults and 2 children and the room only had three towels and two washcloth’s. Went to the front desk to ask for an additional towel and was told they couldn’t provide any additional towels. Terrible customer service. Breakfast was less than desirable and food was not replenished. Will never stay at this hotel again and will make sure family and friends stay away from this hotel.

unfortunately, the two rooms that we had one of the rooms didn’t have a shower curtain along with no TV remote, 3 inches of water in the sink, spiders in the bathroom, wallpaper peeling, a refrigerator that wouldn’t close and the previous guest’s eardrops on the floor by the window. The other room was out of soap and conditioner. The parking lot had a few parking spots full of trash. After asking for a shower curtain around 11 PM I was told it would be 10 minutes and then that turned into me asking again in the morning and getting it within a few seconds unfortunately the stay was not very good. Probably won’t be back there, it seems like there are other hotels in the area for the same price or less that may have a more attentive to detail driven staff. we are in that area every couple months for cheerleading competitions and hopefully the next trip will have lodging will be better then the last

The air conditioning was poor with a indoor pool the humidity stayed in the room made it u comfortable to sleep reported 3 times the maintenance was prompt in addressing the call but the air conditioner still was poor didnt go below 78 stayed on all night they looked at a second time i then asked fir a different room. Went to the second room it wasnt any better I would like some kind of compensation but not sure i will be staying again. If i was able to open the windows which was about the same temp but the windows were bolted shut i was in room 103 and then 113

Well... if you're a fan of heat.. this is a hard pass. The thermostat in both rooms (our first room and the one they moved us to) did not work. I actually got a space heater from Home Depot to make it better during the couple of cold nights. Layout was actually pretty nifty. I'm sure it is hopping in the summer. Right next door to Worlds of Fun. Staff was pleasant and seemed to have a general interest in your stay imbetterment, but lacked the drive. This really could be a swell place. We dug the layout, we enjoyed the overall cleanliness... but you could tell management was masking a lot of old problems.

I had a horrible experience with this particular location. First off, when I asked the front desk for another blanket for my kids bed they originally told me “NO” and that I shouldn’t have more than 5 people in the room anyway……Well I have 6 kids and I am not splitting them in different rooms. I finally was given an other blanket. Then I had to go back to the front desk and ask them to turn the music down as it was loud enough to be a club. Then to top it off there was no hot water for showers!!!! The roof leaked when it was storming and they had no idea if there was a tornado shelter as we were under a tornado watch during my stay. Will not recommend this hotel or stay in any other Wyndham hotel.
