Perfect location for my family and me to stay the night before graduation at NAU. Only wish the hot water had lasted longer than one shower since we had four in the room. The service was great! Plenty of parking also. The continental breakfast was not the greatest but dunkin donuts was right next door. I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was good for the price but could not connect to the free Wifi even with the passwords given by the hotel pesonel.

Very clean but basic. The size of the room made it a little tight to move around and we were at an end room next to the Chic-fil-a where there were pressure walking early Sunday morning. The pool was still closed. Good location for access from freeway and to old downtown.

No fridge or microwave. Surrounded with plenty of shopping, food, and gas stations. Not the closest hotel to the Interstate by any means. Served it purpose for a cheap place to sleep overnight.

Just keep driving past this one. The room appeared to be clean, but had a VERY strong bleach odor. There was mold and mildew throughout the room and the carpet felt like it was wet even though it wasn't.

The hotel was not at full capacity and they stuck us in a room right next to the street. It was very loud. There was water damages showing on the ceiling from a roof leak. The shower was also dirty and the room was very dusty with dust and dirt that looked as if it had been there a while. We were very unsatisfied.

The hotel is in a great location. However, the room was a non-smoking room that smelled musty and left my belongings with an unclean odor. The curtain rod in the shower was falling out of the wall, leaving the bathroom floor soaked. The sink only provided hot water, tv was faulty, and to top it off the room next to us had seven guests. The noise was […] ridiculous. When calling the front desk to complain, they stated they stood outside the room and didn't hear anything unusual. no major complaints. door looked like it had been hit by a battering ram and didn't close at the top (though it did latch and lock). Not really a problem except that it let in more noise and let out more heat.

Heater in the room worked very well, although it was somewhat noisy; not a big problem (a popping noise occurred several minutes before the unit came on - everytime). Near most of the places I went. Very dated interior, but clean, except for the bathroom above the shower stall appeared as though it hadn't been wiped down in months. The shower curtain […] rod wasn't secured to the wall; it was a curved rod & tilted down so that the shower curtain didn't stay closed. I notified the front desk on checkout of the curtain rod & wall above shower stall. She politely told me she would notify maintenance & housekeeping. I was on the second floor & at the landing of the (exterior) stairs was a constant pool of ice/water. To be honest, the sheets looked liked they were not professionally cleaned. The pillows were SO dirty I had to asked for another. The desk clerk was not so courteous, he was more into the NFL games when I checked in. I'm not sure if I would recommend it to others but if it's the last resort I would probably go there but for now not for a long time.

When we arrived we went to our room and it was not ready. We had to get another room only to find out that the only rooms left were upstairs which only come with space heaters. The room was ice cold since it was only 16 degrees outside. We froze until about 2 a.m. when the space heater finally caught up.

Reasonably friendly staff. Comfortable room. It had all the amenities we needed including cable TV, WiFi, and alarm clock.

I was a little anxious about staying at this hotel...I am usually a Marriott stayer only! But it wasn't bad...location was great and room was clean. Never made it to breakfast but dunkin donuts was right next door :)

I found this hotel unacceptable for the following reasons. The towels had mascara marks, the TV did not work, the wi-fi did not work. There are only a couple of spots to sit at the breakfast station... look around before staying here.

The room reeked of smoke! I don't recall even having the option to choose non smoking. It it was horrible!

It was a great experience. All the amenities were good. We requested for an infant crib and that was also available. Breakfast was also good. Everywhere inside the hotel was clean even though it was snow all over outside.

The location of this hotel is perfect, Flagstaff is a nice city with an interesting campus and observatory. The hotel was clean, the breakfast ok for the price. There are a lot of options to eat and shop 5 minutes walking and it's really convenient.

Nice Hotel for the buck spent. Great location, close to NAU, Shops and Restaurants. No thrills or buzzers. But nice employees and was CLEAN and in SAFE Location !!!

The bed was very hard. The carpets were filthy! The Desk person at check-in was nice, but the morning check-out person was grumpy, not friendly at all, and had to push himself to say three words.

It was a nice place to stay since we were only stopping overnight. I didn't really mind the overall condition of the hotel- the rooms were a little worn out, but nothing too dramatic. The bed was very comfortable and they had a basic breakfast in the morning.
