Very terrible place, I regretted booking the hotel, I had to cancel and look for another place the same night. But the front desk staff was polite and nice. Do not go to the hotel! Nothing is working and the environment is terribly dirty and smelling.

First and foremost the hotel itself is alright. The cleanliness of the room is a 6/10. The bathtub water was scolding hot everytime the shower was used. They did not have hair dryer in the room and had to request twice for one to be brought up. The next morning after check-in the water was turned off and were given a literal 1 minute "warning" (paper slide under door) prior to it be being shutoff for hours. The last thing was breakfast was not set up by 7am which was disappointing as well. Will not book again but location of hotel of was nice.

Staff was very helpful, the hotel is under construction rooms are ripped up stuff missing out of our room, swimming pool closed open only to the ducks. Breakfast was OK. Room was dirty. Floor was dirty. The only thing clean where the beds they have a small gym, but they were. It was under construction also so it couldn’t be used. Didn’t know all these things when I made the reservation.

The hotel was good for the price. They are currently renovating as my room is obvious of some of those upgrades, but still needs minor improvements such as flooring and furniture upgrades. The staff was friendly and professional from beginning to end. The breakfast was also good. They had a variety to choose from each morning. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel if visiting New Orleans or surrounding areas. 👍

Breakfast and the menu was fine. The common areas of the hotel were fine. The room was overall fine, but the tub was painted and the paint is coming off, the door of the bathroom had a hole like it was hit from the inside and over all the hotel looks very run down. The pool water is green and nasty.
