However, new remodeling is in progress. Plan is to update a nice hotel. Very close to the Santa Maria Airport. Very convenient, I returned my Avis rental car 🚙, then walked back to this hotel. Staff is excellent.

The Hotel is currently under construction. Construction runs from 7 am until 5 pm. This information should have been disclosed when making the reservation. There was no Radisson Hotel Sign. It was somewhat difficult to find the Hotel not to mention the entrance. We were quite disappointed and we feel that Radisson owes us.

the hotel is under construction so be prepared for a bit of a mess. the newly renovated rooms are nice and clean with a good shower and very basic amenities. no extra blankets or robes are included in the rooms. breakfast is not included and is not cheap. there’s a coffee maker in the room but it didn’t work, the filtered water machine in the hall didn’t work either so a nice waitress filled up my water bottle from the kitchen. overall a clean, basic hotel but kinda a bummer they are taking the character out of the place and just paining everything grey. definitely more of a place you stay out of necessity than a cute destination stay

Hotel is completely under construction. This is not mentioned in the property listing. Pool and spa were unusable, baseboards/door frames off in parts of the hotel, Wires taped on walls and ceiling, Weird smells throughout the hotel, spackle/drywall littering the floors. This construction has been going on for over a year! Loud work being done from 7am-5pm. Will not be booking here again.

The hotel room is very nice. The mattress was very comfortable. I do wish they had a microwave. As well as maybe provide a menu in the room for the restaurant. They are renovating so understand. Also I did have to use my hotspot for Internet . Their WiFi was not working up in the 3rd floor.

They are in the middle of a remodel. The room we stayed in was one that was done. Nice upgrades. The alarm went off in the middle of the night! They gave no explanation, lady at desk mumbled something, that explained nothing.
