The front desk staff was helpful during check-in but absent for the rest of our stay. The tub had no shower curtain. One of the double beds had only a bottom sheet (no top sheet). No soap was provided. I will not stay here again.

I got there to check in and they wanted a $100.00 deposit. I didn’t end up staying the one night and lost out on $70.00. Ended up just sleeping in my car. I drove all day just to get a room for a night and you have to leave a deposit now. I get that but really. So next time I’ll pick something a little better that doesn’t need a deposit.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was dirty upon arrival, and we even found bugs on the floor. Housekeeping was clearly not doing its job properly. For a two-night stay, the hotel provided only two towels, which is unacceptable. The room did not feel clean or well-maintained, and overall the property fell far below basic hospitality standards. Because of the poor conditions, we chose to cancel our second night and leave early. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The pictures sold a different room than was received. TV didnt have any cable. There was a red splatter in the bathroom, no light in the living room, terrible bed with a ratty blanket with lumpy pillows, and dust and grime build up everywhere. No one was in the office for checkout, which we tried to do at 10:30am.

We checked in and got to our room, there was no toilet paper, no trash cans, no hand soap or any shower soaps. No bath mat. The shower had mold growing in the grout. Most of the people staying there seemed to be living there. No one at the front desk would answer the phone so I had to go get toilet paper. They didn't want to give me more than one roll, but we were 3 people for 3 nights... The bed springs were popping up in the mattress. Also the elevator didn't work and we were on the 3rd floor.

The staff at the desk is very rude. I stayed for 2 nights and they demanded that I pay 2 different $50 deposits because when I arrived i had made arrangements through an internet company for the following say. The onternet company didn't already charge my card. The front desk did. They made me pay a $50 deposit both days but only one of them was returned! I had to go there in person 10 days later and raise h=&*%! Only to be told it will go back on my card is 3 to 5 business days! Ive stayed there multiple times during the last 2 years and thier WI-FI has NEVER worked even though they advertise free wi-fi on alll of the sights! And they are filthy!

My fault for not reading reviews and vettting the property but this hotel is one of those places used to give vouchers for displaced and homeless people. Which is fine but its reflected in the quality of the property. Its not an environment I expected for a leisure trip and I dont understand why its even available to book online. We were late for check in, I called ahead and was told we can call the posted number to be let into our room. When I got there the staff was nice but she mentioned she was getting ready to shut down as in there is a point in time they stop admitting guests. Nothing was cleaned before we checked in, and I doubt I'll get my deposit back just from the state the room was given to us. Dirty walls, paint all over the floor, moldy bathroom, sticky tables, broken fridge, holes in the wall dirty sheets etc. There was no staff available the entire stay after we checked in so we got lucky we packed blankets but couldnt couldnt get towels to bathe. I recommend to pay the extra $10 a day for Motel 6.

This place was disgusting. The whole studio was dirty. Bugs in the kitchen. The walls had stains. Smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Opened soap wrapper. I was only there for 45 minutes and checked out. Save you the trip and do not go stay here.
