酒店还不错 不过没有早餐 酒店旁边吃东西也不太方便 其他环境什么的都蛮好

除非你打算参加这里的一个大会/会议，这家酒店真的不值这个价钱。我们以为我们讨到便宜了，但是$18/天停车让我们吓到。我喜欢酒店位置靠近Lake Ave和科罗拉多大道购物和餐馆街。除了这些优点之外，我在另一个地方的酒店每晚花总体少的花费更舒服。

我们在这里度过了不错的短暂时光。床很舒服，视野也不错！服务员非常友好和帮忙。靠近商店，餐馆等——都在步行距离之内。总体是个不错的经历，我会向别人推荐这家酒店。我们计划很快再来。

这里最突出的一点就是周到友好的服务员，没有任何唐突的周到帮忙。游泳池是热的，被南加州棕榈树环绕。位置方便适合参加Pasadena所有活动（会议中心就在街角）。

我讨厌付费停车，当你住酒店已经花了这么多钱

除了停车场，这家酒店各方面都很好。停车费很昂贵而且你必须将车停在高层，这样对于酒店顾客，就使得他们非常不方便。附属的银行和办公大楼的一楼都是停车用，如果你是自己停放车辆，那么准备好下楼走一大段路。

在过去的12个月，我是这家酒店的常客，但是我正考虑换一家酒店。无论是服务员，前台客服或酒吧/餐厅的员工，他们的服务质量显著下降了。似乎是一些内部改变影响了员工。消失的微笑，丢失的"我能"态度，员工大方得体的举止都没有了。。。。。。可是如果你要描述一下它。。。。。。却说不上啥好的。酒店的位置很好而且房间的空间很大。在 Pasadena有几家酒店可以满足这些。我重预定这家酒店是因为员工服务对顾客有很杰出的态度。如今这些都没有了，是时候尝试街边的Westin酒店了。

We decided at the last minute to have a "stay-cation" and booked our room the day of... It was a great choice! The location was fabulous. Our room was very nice! We walked around Old Town and went to the Huntington Library the next day! I would stay at the Hilton again if I had the chance. Ps. Try Gale's for dinner. Great Italian!

The only problem was with housekeeping. I know for sure I left something behind on a table. They said they couldn't find it.

The hotel was nice, staff friendly and room clean overall. I've stayed several times, however some rooms are nicer than others. I purchased a bed with a king but was disappointed to find out at check in they only had double bed rooms available. The staff has been very accommodating to my needs during each stay.

Well... my first try didn[t make it past the censors. Room Service sundae was supposed to be priced at a premium.... its room service, right? WELL - McDonalds does a better sundae at 15% of the cost. I would have been happy with a premium sundae at a premium price. Hotel's wifi became my daughters home page - and because there was free internet in the […] lobby, she didnt' read the fine print when the access on her phone - which she would have had in or out of this hotel - said Welcome to Hilton! They charged us for two days use of their wifi.... because we failed to win the gotcha game on wifi..... and we have waited a week for an answer to our email complaint. 阅读更多信息

Had a great stay at Hilton Pasadena. Very comfortable beds and accommodating staff. Outside pool and hot tub were excellent. Location is just a block from Paseo Colorado mall and a short walk to other shopping and restaurants on Colorado.

The hotel itself was nice. It was convenient for us because my husband and I were attending a wedding in Pasadena and we got a good deal. But when we pulled up we waited for a valet or bell hop to greet us and the valet just stood behind his little desk and ignored us. So we started unpacking all of our bags and garment bags and carried them in ourselves […] (not that we can't, I just expected more from a Hilton). Inside at check-in they finally realized we were carrying our own stuff and a bell hop came to help us out. I think it was one of the managers who noticed, and he really wanted to make sure we were taken care of from that point on. The hotel was very nice and conveniently located. The room was very well clean. The overnight parking fees seemed a bit expensive, but I guess that's unavoidable. It would have been nice to have a sign that shows where the self-parking garage is located.

We just had a family getaway the location was great, good restaurants nearby friendly staff!!!

The hotel lobby is nice, but my room was dirty and smelled like moldy smoke. I was only there for a quick night as I had an interview the next day, and I was woken up early in the morning due to a neighbors conversation, the walls were paper thin and I could hear every word. Thus, I was exhausted and unwell for a very important day.

The hotel is clean and professionally staffed. The shuttle van is a great plus and allows you to enjoy the local restaurants without worrying about driving and parking.

Very convenient location. Nice hotel. Courteous staff. Nicely appointed room. Buffet continental breakfast was a great value. Many guests were enjoying the pool but I didn't come with a swimsuit.

The room was very small and old. You should know that there is extra charge for parking - $18.00 (self) & $21.00 (valet) + tip$. Refrigerator was locked and that is another $10.00 per night. I paid around $120.00 per night but it was more like $50.00 motel room.

overall, the stay was satisfactory. room was clean and comfortable but had very few electrical outlets. The rate was good, but when you tack on the parking fee and internet fee, suddenly it wasn't such a great value anymore. The hotel restaurant was also a bit pricey. $15 for an omelette is a bit excessive in my opinion unless it's the best omelette […] you ever had, and it wasn't.
