I usually stay at this hotel as they are the cheapest with on the lake rooms. It really needs cleaned on the outside!! Ice machines don't work, back patio is closed till 7am, breakfast lacks a lot. But it's a nice place to stay and the staff are helpful. Views are spectacular!! I do recommend it if you're not boujie.

The Staff was very helpful but food was running out of breakfast. The room was neat but paint in the bathroom looked like smeared toothpaste on the base boarders. The location was beautiful on Lake Erie. It was handy for visit in Port Clinton area. The price was good but the Beakfast was not worth eating there.

The bathroom had a sticky floor as if the cleaner had not been washed away after it was mopped. The jacuzzi tub was visibly dirty, the bottom of the tub needed to be bleached, and the walls needed to be wiped down. It was missing toilet paper and soap when we checked in, also. They did provided the toilet paper and soap. All the electrical outlets were loose. There were no charging ports and all the electrical sockets were behind furniture.

Great location , great staff especially Anna . She was exceptionally amazing with her hospitality. The property needs to be shown a lot of TLC . Just simple things that can be fixed and cleaned would really make a huge difference. Windows and windows cills for example were extremely dirty . Mold and dirt on the exterior of the building that just needs to be pressure washed. Simple things that would make this property a great place . I hope the owners read this and take some action . After all your name is Quality Inn right , why not be quality !

This hotel is older, but perfectly fine!! It has an awesome lakefront patio and pool. The place is reasonably priced, clean, and safe. And they have a decent breakfast included .
