我最近在一次商务旅行中住在了 Kensington Park。我发现这儿的位置对于去Union Square非常便利。有趣的老式建筑，但房间看起来很新潮。（唯一的例外——他们需要在桌子上安装更多的接口用于笔记本、手机等等）对于我来说，这个宾馆最大的特色是非常友好且乐于助人的工作人员。下午大厅里的热茶和雪利酒也非常值得品尝！

这儿的工作人员都非常友好且平易近人。每个人都很乐于助人，不管是任何他们可以提供的服务。免费的Wi-Fi和下午的雪利酒都很不错。可以从宾馆的后面进入房间，因为背对着街道（街道清洁工会在早上2点到6点到这儿）。洗手间不怎么样，有点异常。Farallon餐厅就在宾馆边上，那儿有非常好的Happy Hour套餐。我肯定会再次入住这个宾馆。

宾馆很舒适，工作人员非常友好。傍晚有补充茶水和雪利酒，这是非常好的款待。位置无可挑剔，步行可到达任何地方。我们只有两个不满：我们被收取了额外的费用，因为我们有辆SUV，仆人代客泊车，这个费用没有在网站上提到，并且我们在登记入住时被告知宾馆的水系统将在第二天早上结帐前一个小时彻底关闭，除此之外，我们很喜欢这这儿住的日子。

最近带我妈妈到旧金山有一次旋风之旅，我们非常喜欢在Kensington Park Hotel的入住。员工极其乐于助人（尤其是Bob & Rueben）而且位置（从联合广场只有1/2街区）好得不能再好了。大厅提供的茶和雪利酒也很好。我们的房间很小，但是舒适而且家具十分独特。唯一的不足就是早晨的咖啡服务（在9楼的壁橱有咖啡）——下次在为一天做准备之前，当我还在PJS的时候，我就会去喝咖啡。在酒店相邻餐馆的快乐时光也很不错。我们绝对会推荐这家酒店给其他人而且肯定会再预定那家酒店！

尽管这是一家小型的酒店——但是房间不错而且位置很棒，就在联合广场附近。虽然酒店位于市中心，但是它非常安静。员工同样非常优秀。

在可比价格上，这个地区有其它酒店供选择，下次我会寻找其他地方。这个位置对于购物和吃饭还是非常好的，但是员工更喜欢彼此之间聊天而不是帮助顾客。

This was our fourth stay at the Kensington. We have enjoyed each stay, from the ideal location to the sherry at 4pm each night plus the fresh coffee each morning.There is no air conditioning but rooms have ceiling fans and the windows in the rooms open. Staff is great! Will definitely be back.

We had a comfortable 8-night stay at KP recently. The location was simply awesome, right at Union Square. Hotel staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. They upgraded us to a King size when we checked-in, and the room was quiet and away from the noisy side i.e., Post St.

It was ok but I would not really return because the heat was high, no gym and the price was too high compared to what other colleagues got at nearby hotel with better facilities., amenities like gym, options for breakfast or snack, business center.

It was a very short visit, wished I could have stayed longer. I was so impressed with the wonderful warm welcome and the continous courtsey of all the staff. I just loved the atmosphere and how I felt at easy immedately upon entering into lobby...The rooms could be a touch cooler but then this is a hard one as different people have different temperature […] levels. This is a well-maintained hotel in a great neighborhood. It has one of the best restaurants in town attached to it, and a theater production on-site. Close to shopping and transportation lines.

Great service. Helpful and courteous. Nice touches like sherry, tea and piano late afternoon in the lobby. Good sized, comfortable rooms. Situated just off Union Square. Bonus is very good theatre is same building. Highly recommended.

This is a very nice boutique hotel. The bed was very comfortable with the pillows being one soft and one firmer so you can choose which works best for you. There was a ceiling fan in the bedroom which is nice if the room gets too warm. There was water in the lobby all the time. It was nice because they put fruit in the water and it tasted really good. […] They have coffee in the lobby and a one cup coffee maker in the room but also have coffee and orange juice on a few floors (they had it on the 9th floor). We were on the 9th floor so we didn't really hear any noise at night, to speak of. The location is great (half block from Union Square). The staff was great. I would stay here again. The bathroom fixtures are old, but didn't bother us. Right across the street (side of the building for the Westin Hotel) so it is in a nice part of the Square. We have no complaints! 阅读更多信息

Great place with very friendly staff. Sometimes it is nice to stay in a smaller hotel and not the large 4-5 star. Love the history of the hotel, also could not ask for a better location.

The first impressions are not great - the carpets in the elevator look dirty and worn. However the beds are extremely comfortable, and while old fashioned, the rooms are clean and reasonably well appointed. All in all, the hotel was perfectly located, value for money and we had a great time here.

Kensington in a great location within one block from Union Square. Room (king bed) was very comfortable and clean. Was a good value and would recommend.

Overwhelmingly friendly staff. A traditional comfortable hotel. Plumbing in bathroom is a bit outdated, but perfectly in keeping with the traditional style. Resolution of the TV image was not satisfactory. Rates were higher than we paid elsewhere in the same area in the preceding fortnight.

I like the character of the hotel and location. The staff was extrodinary- very polite and helpful. The room location was not the best since I was at the corner by the stairs and close to the elevator. You can hear a lot of noise from outside the hotel and the noise from the hallway and guests. The sink was unusually lower than normal so it was uncomfortable […] to wash my hands and brush my teeth. I can't speak highly enough about the staff. They made the hotel. The rooms were plenty roomy enough and very clean. Staff made up the room nicely daily. Their business center is awesome, so be sure to visit it. Location was perfect for a lot of walk to locations and public transportation near by. Uber was easy to get a car quickly as well.

Clean rooms and very comfortable queen size bed. Rooms are small in dimensions. Good location but extremely old building.Thin single pane windows that lets in lots of street noise, specially being busiest area of the city.

I stayed here twice in the past week. The staff is very accommodating and the location is unbeatable. Cafe Lataza right next store is a true gem with amazing food. Comparing the price of this hotel with those around it makes it an easy decision. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I was very impressed with the service and the front desk staff was remarkable. They were always ready to assist me with directions and suggestions and the glass of sherry at the end of a long day at the conference center was a real treat. We have stayed here before a few years back and it hasn't changed. The staff are nice and helpful. Easy access from the Bart. Just a couple blocks from the Powell stop. Our daughter works in the Castro and lives in the mission, so a short walk to trolley to get everywhere and the wharf. Just a really good location. I have stayed at this hotel before and it is always a treat. A perfect location and a taste of early 20th century style for those tired of typical hotel chains. Many excellent dining locations nearby.

The people checking us in we're really friendly and offered us a lot of Help, room was clean and tidy, only thing that sucked for us was our rooms view since there was a building right in front blocking the view. The restaurant next door Farallon was amazing ! Highly recommend going there.

Enjoyed the high quality service and close proximity to Union Square. Safe neighborhood, nice rooms - although they could use a little dusting and changeout on the bathroom floor tile. Otherwise, clean and comfortable.

An old boutique hotel, close to everything, but in need of some updating. I paid a fair price for my room, but with a little upgrading of pillows and mattresses, and a long overdue remodel of bathrooms, this hotel could easily charge double.

very nice...comfy bed...clean...only problem was shower stream very weak...and concierge referred us to a restaurant that required reservations which we did not have..plus parking was $45 per day....but great location for shopping.

For once one of the small boutique hotels was reasonably priced, located in a great area and the decor and staff were right on. The room was roomy with a lot of ammenities that really added comfort to my stay. The bed and linens were luxe and supper comfortable. The water pressure and hot water were great as well as the lighted make-up mirror and overall […] lighting in the bath. I would recommend your seeking parking just a 1/2 block up from the hotel as I thought their valet service was a bit pricy.
