I stay here for the location, close to downtown and people I come to visit. Sadly, the property itself is old and in need of renovation. If you are looking for something fancy, keep looking. My bed was comfortable and I slept great. That was the best part of the room.

The property has seen better days. The room was mostly clean. Missed under the bed. The bathroom was in need of wall repairs and the exhaust fan didn’t seem to work. The bath was clean. Not sure of the way the bed linens were put together the room was quiet

The staff was friendly and efficient. The parking was good and well lit at night. It was pet friendly. It was nice to have a lite breakfast at the breakfast bar

The place is a little run down, the mattress wasn't great and there was a weird smell in the room. You could tell that it was pet friendly in not such a good way. The bathroom was really clean The staff person was great and very friendly. No additional fee for our dog.

I'm not squeamish, but this was the most dirty and run down hotel I have ever stayed in. Exterior is a hot mess of peeling paint and dingy parking lot, inside wasn't much better. The bathroom hadn't had a good cleaning in some time, toilet paper hadn't been re-stocked, floor was grimy. Thankfully the towels and sheets were clean. This was the last hotel in town with any rooms, so we did stay the night, but if there had been an alternative available I would have left.

Older motor inn that is clean and well kept. Our room was very clean and bathroom spotless. The mattress was comfortable as well. We never participated in the free breakfast which looked to be very modest, but the small eating area was very clean and tidy. Overall our two night stay was very good. For the price, it is a nice place to stay, and it is right next to Providence Hospital.
