The hotel room we stayed in was clean, comfortable and had a wonderful view. The receptionist and staff were all very polite and accommodating. We were very disappointed that the restaurant and lounge were closed down and have been for 4 or 5 years. Unfortunately, we chose this hotel because we were lead to believe by the photos on Hotel.com that both were fully operational. Nonetheless, we did venture out to find great food and cocktails in town.

We stay here every time we are traveling through. Clean room, comfortable beds, staff is helpful and friendly. Only downside is do not attempt to partake in their "hot breakfast buffet". It was frozen, reheated food that was not good. The potatoes were hard as a rock. Sausage patties looked microwaved. Coffee was not good either. A breakfast that makes you worried being stuck in a car. I was surprised because the stay and service in the hotel are great. Rooster's Restaurant has a superior breakfast.

The staff was nice and helpful. Beds were clean and nice. That's about all the good I can say. The bar was closed. The restaurant was closed. Spa broken pool closed. Internet was not working. If all you need is a bed for the night then cool this place is for you but as a frequent traveler for work the ease to get food and the relaxation of a working spa/pool is normally why I stay places and this was not it.

My employee that stayed 1 night was horribly bitten by bed bugs. This was disgusting and humiliating. I had the employee report to the front desk and they said "ok i'll report it to maintenance." I booked the rooms thru hotels.com and reported this to them as well. Red Lion has always been a name of a premier property. This one has seen better days for sure. Your online shows all the facilities operational. This is not the case. Very disappointed.
