At the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel Banquet and Conference Center our guests experience the comfort of a spacious, tastefully decorated guestroom complete with the amenities and services the discriminating traveler expects. The Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel Banquet and Conference Center is located in the historic downtown district of Poughkeepsie just blocks from the waterfront. The hotel is ten minutes from the Culinary Institute of America, Marist College, Vassar College and IBM. All guests receive a full complimentary breakfast daily. Must be at least 21 years old to reserve a room. Featuring over 15,000 square feet of flexible conference and meeting space and an additional 16,000 consecutive square feet of exhibit space in the adjoined Mid-Hudson Civic Center, which allows the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel to accommodate up to 300 people for meetings and conferences. Our professional sales department will work directly with you from your first telephone call through assisting in the planning of every detail to ensure that your conference is all that you envisioned. While your conference is in-house you can count on all of the staff at the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel Banquet and Conference Center to provide you with professional, courteous service from check in to check out.

"Convenient to Walkway over Hudson"
Great place to stay if you need to be with in walking distance to the Metro-North train station (5-7mins), Walkway over the Hudson (15mins.) and downtown (5mins.). Downtown is unremarkable and currently undergoing quite a bit of construction, but hotel is far away from the noise.Hotels.com 真实住客点评

"Room with a lot of issues"
the desk was broken it had a crack in the center of it from the front to the back . the wall near the bed witch was the other side of the bath room wall had i big dent in it as if there was a water leak. the bed frame at the bottom was separation from the frame.Hotels.com 真实住客点评

From the moment I walked thru the doors, service was very friendly and warm. The view on the 10th floor was amazing and the room was beautiful. Room service was excellent and timely. This hotel is right in the heart of Poughkeepsie and close to Marist, the train station, the civic center and local bars and restaurants (big plus!). The free breakfast was very nice, the food was good but the atmosphere was much like a catering hall (because that is exactly where it is served). The rooms were nice and clean but the towels were old […] and scratchy and our toilet ran on and off (this could have been fixed but we just kept on forgetting to mention it so I would not hold this against them).
