Barcelo Montecastillo Golf - 赫雷斯德拉弗龙特拉

We had a two night stay at the hotel. It is a lovely place with wonderful views out to the golf course. We were given a complimentary drink at the bar as our room wasn't ready but we were early so that was a very nice touch. The reception staff were good and most of the restaurant staff. Service at the bar was a bit slow but I think that was because […] a lot of groups of golfers were on all inclusive deals and they weren't keen to keep coming round to check if you wanted a drink. The hotel asked if we would like to upgrade to a golf view but we had one anyway with a lovely terrace. Our booking included breakfast. An excellent buffet choice - very much catering to the British market with choice of fry up or continental but also a Spanish breakfast of churros or toast and oil, fruit etc if you preferred. We were asked if we wanted to pay an extra 35€ pp for dinner and entrance to the spa which we did for the first night, Splitting dinner one night and the spa the next day. The spa was excellent. The circuit-indoor pool, steam room, sauna etc were great and the spa was quiet - lovely - as was the facial I had. There are also two outdoor pools. Dinner was a disappointment and let the hotel down. I don't mind having a buffet dinner if the choice is good and the food is hot. Because the deal we took included free drinks it seemed quite hard to get hold of them but it was the only downside to an otherwise lovely stay. 阅读更多信息

Whilst nowhere near a 5 star hotel, this is a good 4 star golf hotel, with a laid back atmosphere, ideal for relaxing and if you just want golf, swim, exercise. A little isolated but Jerez and Cadiz are within taxi distance. Surrounded by undeveloped flat complex and house plots but that doesn't impact. Short 10min taxi ride from Jerez Airport. Jerez […] racing circuit nearby. Great deals for golf, but make sure you book and reserve a buggy as there is a shortage and the course is undulating with some long walks from green to tee. This property must have been gorgeous when it was built. Unfortunately, and unlike the Barcelo chain in general, it has not been maintained. There was numerous peeling paint, leaky faucets, broken swimming pool and doors crooked on their hinges. All the staff with the exception of the front desk staff was excellent and helpful. Das Hotel war die reinste Enttäuschung und verdient die Klassifikation 5 Sterne nicht. Schon die Lage direkt gegenüber einer großen Bauruine ließ kein Urlaubsgefühl aufkommen. Zum Glück blieb uns dieser Anblick auf Grund einer defekten "blinden" Fensterscheibe in unserem Zimmer weitestgehend erspart. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war alt und es roch feucht […] und muffig. Die Kleiderschränke waren aus diesem Grund gar nicht nutzbar. Wir hatten Hemmungen, die Klimaanlage zu nutzen, da der Lüftungsschacht dreckig war und wir nicht ausschließen konnten, dass auch Schimmelbefall vorlag. Die Klimaanlage war unseres Erachtens auch eine der Hauptursachen für den unangenehmen Geruch im Zimmer. Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet bestand für ein Hotel dieser Güteklasse erkennbar aus zuvielen Fertigprodukten und war auf zu engem Raum etwas lieblos angerichtet. Die Auswahl der Speisen orientierte sich an der in der Mehrzahl anwesenden englischen Gäste. Für die Nutzung des Spa-Bereichs incl. der Sauna musste extra gezahlt werden. Aussagen zur Qualität des Golfplatzes können wir mangels Nutzung nicht tätigen. Alles in allem kann dieses Hotel nicht an Reisende mit hohen Ansprüchen an Sauberkeit und Komfort empfohlen werden. 阅读更多信息

Para aquel que vaya a disfrutar de las instalaciones, se encontrará que le sobran al menos tres estrellas. Tiene mucho SPA, campo de golf y demás, pero lo que son las habitaciones propiamente dichas, son viejas y mal equipadas. El personal se comporta de forma demasiado elitista. Tienen suerte de no tener competencia en la zona.

Elegí este hotel por la cercania sl circuito, íbamos a creamfields y no teniamos coche y se puede bajar andando, perfecto. Fui con mi pareja es un hotel precioso y muy tranquilo, en la habitación tuvimos un percance nos encontramos una cucaracha y nos cambiaron rápidamente pero hay que decir que están muy limpias y son cómodas con su aire acondicionado. […] El bufet libre muy bueno y variado pero un pico caro y no tenian muy controlado el pago ya que nis cobraron 2 veces en el check out. Die Anlage hat ihre besten Zeiten weit hinter sich. Das Personal ist leider noch nicht in der heutigen Servicerealität angekommen. Akkustisch wird der Aufenthalt durch die nebenan liegende Motorradrennstrecke untermalt, der Restaurantbereich zeigt Wasserschäden an den Wänden auf. Der Golfplatz liegt direkt vor der Türe und ist durchaus abwechslungsreich und anspruchsvoll. Die Übungseinrichtungen sind überschaubar. a very nice hotel in a quiet area (as long as there are no motorbike races) very convenient to reach city like Cadiz and Sevilla beside Jerez whcih is only 15 minutes far. a car is needed. We stayed in a villa for just a small upgrade and the apartment was wide with wonderful view on golf courts. I am not a golf player so I have no specific comment […] for that but I would also recommended for runners and joggers. no traffic on the roads surrounding the hotel 阅读更多信息
