Nice location hotel. Pretty clean. Nice rooms. We couldn’t get our TV to work, called front desk but no one ever showed up. Could use a coffee pot in the rooms, as the coffee shop doesn’t open early. The water park needs to stay open until at least 10pm and open at 8am so you could swim before you have to be out of room.

It was a good stay but be aware everything was nickel and dimed. Breakfast is like a normal hotel breakfast but will cost you 10-15 per person. Laundry is not included and expensive. Basic things should be included with how expensive the room rates are. The wristbands to the waterpark are included but make sure you put the correct number of people on your reservation otherwise you won’t get all the wristbands you will need. Overall clean and people were friendly.

The water park is decent. There’s a lot of scum build up around the edges of the pool. There were used bandaids in the wave pool, and the staff wouldn’t remove them. We offered to scoop them out but they ignored us. Soon after a disabled child was putting them in his mouth. Staff doesn’t allow goggles with a nose piece in the water park, citing “the suction from the nose piece causes problems with breathing”. Two of the bigger pools were closed when we were there. Overall it’s ok, just wish we had known some things before booking.
