I originally booked a room for two over a month in advance and within a week update to needing a room for four. Upon arriving the smell of stale cigarette smoke greeted us and no receptionist even though it was during normal check-in hours. After using the phone that hung on the wall indicating this was a common practice of theirs I was informed the two bed room I had updated my stay to be in was not the room they had reserved for me. After some back and forth and miscommunication and being on the verge of just leaving and finding a room elsewhere we finally got it worked out to have the appropriate room I had updated to. After circling to the back of the building where most of the parking was found we discovered that we had to go back around the front to even access the only elevator to make it to our room with no stairs or signs pointing us to any visible anywhere. Once in the elevator not only did it try and close on our group of four as we got in but the smell of cigarettes and broken tiles all throughout the floor greeted us. As we made it to our floor with the smell of cigarettes still heavy in the air we discovered that the room next to ours was even then being aired out for whatever reason and later found several others went so far as to even have fans in the windows too. In our room we found almost no access to outlets to charge our devices, minimal cleaning efforts and the smallest soaps and shampoo ever. Overall it was a nightmare and I'm glad we had a short stay.
