Stayed in a single king room. The room was amazing. Had a fridge in the room. Complementary water. Had to pay for parking my car which is typical for that area. Hotel was in the heart of the French Quarter.

The hotel was charming. The room was very modern. The courtyard had an old world charm. Breakfast was very good. There is a connected bar which isn't a lot of fun but is convenient. They got my car from valet very quickly each day. Staff was friendly, open doors, etc

This hotel was great! Such a beautiful escape. The fountain area in the middle courtyard was wonderful and we couldn't believe the breakfast spread! Well done. Well done. We had a petite room but it was still opulant in it's own little way. I would highly recommend.

The Hotel Mazarin was a great place to stay for our honeymoon trip. The hotel and room was clean and staff were very accomodating. The room we stayed in was in a quiet location away from Bourbon St. The breakfast provided by the hotel each morning was good. We would stay at the hotel again should we travel to New Orleans again in the future.

Room was extremely noisy! Street sounds were with us constantly. There was so much room between bottom of the door and floor, I could stick my foot under it. Bed was terribly uncomfortable, and bedside lamp switch was broken. Sevice people were really nice and helpful, and breakfast was good.

It was nice to be close to Bourbon street but far enough away to get away from the noise. Walking distance to Jackson Square. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend.

A beautiful old hotel right in the heart of the French Quarter. While it was frighteningly close to the horrors of Bourbon Street, in just a few steps the atmosphere changed to one of grace and charm. The hotel was lovely, the rooms beautiful and spotless. The patio was a beautiful spot to have breakfast or just sit and enjoy the surroundings and sound of the fountain. The hotel was conveniently located near the restaurants and shops but far enough away from the noise of Bourbon Street. I'd definitely return.

It is 1/2 block off of Bourbon Street and our roon was on the second floor just off of the secluded seconded floor courtyard (not where breakfast is served) and was very quiet. The location is ideal if you're into French Quarter party scene, the room is moderately spacious & comfortable. Breakfast selection was decent. My complaint is strictly for the hotel management & front desk. When I made my reservation via Hotels.com for 2 rooms, I specified my request for adjoining rooms. Just to make sure, I called the hotel about […] a month ahead informing them about the request, the person I spoke to said "No problem." My guests arrived a night early, asked the front desk if my room would be adjoining (or at least next door), the person they spoke to confirmed that my room would be next to their room. When I check in the next day, first the front desk staff said "there will be a room next door, but not available yet, or I can give you another room that you can check in immediately." I told her I would wait. Then a couple minutes later she said she doesn't have a room next door, but there is one nearby. I was so confused, I kept on telling her that we've made the request over the phone a month ahead, a day before when my guests checked in, and even a few minutes ago she said there was an adjoining room. In the end, I got a room a few doors away. The hotel is small, so it's not too bad, but in principal, they didn't deliver their promise. After complaining for several minutes, she finally gave me 4 complimentary drink passes to be used at the bar next door. In the end, I didn't have the chance to use them. 阅读更多信息

This was our first time styaing in the hotel. It has been recently refurbished. The rooms were nice, the breakfast was great. It had a nice courtyard and the location cannot be beat. My only problem was the Internet (free) was really slow. I told them at the front desk on checkout and they said I should have notified them and they could have reset the […] connection. Our room was so small it was almost the size of the bathroom. It was two of us and there was not even space to open our suitcases. The noise was intolerable every time someone open and closed a guest door there was a loud slamming sound. The room rate also doubled from Friday night to Saturday night which added insult to injury. Hotel was a half block off Bourbon st., High end stay at a very reasonable rate for area. Breakfast included with room stay. Hotel was very quiet at night and has security measures for after hours. Staff was always helpful with a great sense of humor. Would stay here again when visiting. A short walk from all bus lines and trolleys. Excellent!

The Hotel is half a block from Bourbon Street. I was afraid that it would be noisy, but most rooms over-look a wonderfully peaceful inner courtyard with a fountain and they are well insulated. It was a great hotel and better than staying in a chain hotel. Good location if you want to hit the French Quarter. The only problems I had were the bright lights from the porch and no hot water in the morning. But the staff was great, luxuriously large bed and the linens were amazing!!
