Parking lot was terrible, parking lot trash not taken out the whole time we were there, system was down so everything had to be done on paper, toilet in our room wouldn’t flush correctly, shower grout was moldy/rusty, breakfast wasn’t available (not a deal breaker), and pool isn’t open (also wasn’t a deal breaker)

My check-in was very easy and quick. The person at check-in was so nice and friendly! My room looked very nice however, the air conditioner was so loud, that I was unable to even hear my tv regardless of how loud I turned it up. The toilet was constantly running and the bathtub had a slow drain so the water would puddle on my feet. This review is not to tear it down bc I honestly would stay here again, they just need to fix a few things bc the room was beautiful

Room was very dirty, found a open paper clip under the sheet, garbage over flowing in all garbage cans outside of front door. Breakfast and bar area does not exist, would not print out a final receipt as said i can only get it through Expedia which wasn't even the site i booked through. Very old and dirty lobby, bathrooms in lobby had sticky floor and no toilet paper in woman's bathroom. Pictures they show are not even close to the hotel you will arrive in. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their brand on this hotel.

The place was a mess. I expected a modest lodging, but this was beyond the pale. The cover over the entrance where cars pull up had a massive hole in it with sheetrock hanging down from it. It looked like no one had even attempted to tidy it up and it stayed just this way the entire time I was there. The staff were friendly enough, but I came down in the morning to a sign that simply said there was no breakfast. There was no reason given - just that breakfast wasn't available.

Hotel is “under renovation” but curtains were falling off the windows. We asked two days in a row to have room serviced. No response. We finally asked for a black garbage bag and emptied garbage ourselves. Five days worth of dirty towels, floors were dirty, no breakfast served, no amenities offered. Ceiling on drive thru was falling down, road to property in very bad repair. All in all, a very dissatisfactory stay.

The first room we were in the toilet wasn’t working properly so we had to get another room the next day because there was no maintenance personnel working at that time. The next day our tub drain stopper was broke. The tv channel would only change channels going forward and not reverse. Also vent in restroom was loud, vent motor can be be heard through out the day and night. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
