圣保罗世贸中心喜来登酒店 (Sheraton Sao Paulo WTC Hotel) - 圣保罗

In an inconvenient area. Far from most of the local sights. But we were there for a conference at the adjoining World Trade Center, so that was convenient.

The hotel was acceptable but for a business trip and at the rate, not my favorite. It was nice to have the breakfast (although it was identical all 5 days) and free internet. Otherwise the hotel was quite ordinary in service and appearance. Having the club and clubgoers each evening was quite odd on a business trip but overall ok.

Nice hotel and well located. The only thing I didn't like was that for the price I paid (luxury Room) I didn't get any difference from the classic room. Internet free but very slow, and parking very expensive. Room very beatiful and well furnished and spaceful.

The room was lovely, modern and high end, but i was upgtraded to a design room so it could be better than the normal. That said, the staff were supper freindly and helpful and the room amenities were good.

I was disappointed with the Sheraton! This was my fifth trip to Sao Paulo but my first stay in the Sheraton WTC. The hotel - or at least the room I had - is in need of some TLC. The curtains need replacing; the shower door didn't close resulting in water all over the bathroom floor; the toilet seat instead of being a nice white color was a nasty shade […] of yellow (yes, it was supposed to be white) and the TV needed replacing. This is not a cheap hotel and I would not choose to stay here again on future visits. 阅读更多信息

A estadia foi boa, e a equipe é muito atenciosa. Reservei uma suite design, e pude escolher em qual ficar, dentre as disponíveis no dia. Algumas reclamações: 1) no sábado, o café da manhã só começa às 07:00h, e como tive que sair antes pro aeroporto, não tomei café (eles poderiam pelo menos levar no quarto entre 06:00 e 07:00h, como cortesia..); 2) […] as bebidas do frigobar estavam muito quentes, não tinha como tomar um refrigerante ou uma cerveja; 3) pedi um sanduiche à noite e estava bom, mas para o padrão do hotel, poderia estar melhor.. 阅读更多信息

o quarto diponibilizado é igual a hotel 2 estrelas , onde o banheiro fica conjugado ao quarto , sem privacidade nenhuma., a muito ruim ,parece hotel economico , bem distante de um hotel considerado 5 estrelas . Deixou muito a desejar.

Um hotel muito bonito, confortável, com banheiro com ducha muito gostosa, e quarto com camas muito gostosas, assim como as cobertas. Só que acho que o serviço deve melhorar. Os funcionários não demonstraram nenhuma preocupação efetiva em solucionar o problema de ter sido reservado pelo hotel um quarto com duas camas de solteiro para mim, quando na verdade […] eu havia pago por uma diária para três pessoas, quarto triplo.
