DI CHEROKEE SMOKEY MOUNTAINS - 切罗基

It is ok if you are going to play at the casino. It is right across the street so the walk is short. Rooms phone did not work and the breakfeast was basic. Room was small and they were clean for the most part but for the money what do you expect. We just needed somewhere to crash when we were not gambling so it was ok.

i would chose fairfield or holiday inn express.They are nice in the office. i had a broken air conditioner in room 121 and complained 3 days was told they fixed it. I got a room change when i said i was going elsewhere.

Room was just so-so... but okay for the price. Was disappointed that there are not mini-fridges in the rooms, I thought it was listed on the amenities... must be one refrigerator located in office (along w/ micro-wave). I would stay there again, however, because of the price and convenient location across the street from the casino.

I think that check in is at 1:00 and the room was not ready at 4:00 my husband and I went to casino and to get something to eat and came back around 7 and you could tell they had just finished the room. I really wanted a bath that night but the tub did not look very clean so i had to settle for a shower.As for the breakfast I went up there two times […] and every time I went there was very little out and the coffee did was not very hot. We have stayed there many times and we will again I would like to see people on the phone less . The housekeeper were very nice and did every thing they could to make our stay pleasant. 阅读更多信息

Life is short - it won't be difficult to find a place nicer. This facility is tired, the staff is barely able to muster friendly, room smelled, just a poor overall experience. And the location is perfect if gas fumes and traffic noise is your preference. Cherokee is a pretty place - too bad this doesn't match it.

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door and there was a microwave and refrigerator in the room for no extra charge. Other places I have stayed charged extra. Quiet and convenient to the casino. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We decided on a quick trip to the Harrah Cherokee Casino. We could not get a room at the casino hotel so we stayed at the DI Cherokee. Our room was clean and comfortable. We just walked across the street to the casino so the location is perfect. Would stay there again.

This hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the Casino. A great location if you are going to gamble. The breakfest was OK... The room was comfortable and clean.

had heard both good and bad review's decided to see for myself, room was clean, no bugs hahaha,and our room was located behind the stairs but was no big deal, easy check in and check out would stay again

Hotel was easy to find. The room itself was ok. I had no great expectations as all I wanted it for was to sleep and shower for the 2 days we were there. Staff at the front desk were very nice. The continental breakfast was very basic for the price we paid for the room. I expected more out of that than what was offered. The casino is right across the […] street so getting there and back took all of 10 minutes walking. The one complaint I do have is our room was "non smoking" yet smoke from outside the door from others filtered in quite easily. Enough to make my wife and I ill to our stomachs. Overall, happy with the room and our stay. Won't be paying that much again. We'll do some shopping around, for the next trip. 阅读更多信息
