We were in town for a graduation, and the hotel fit our needs perfectly. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. We actually won on the tables and machines! However, all the stairs when you are carrying luggage wasn't the best possible solution for getting to our room. We will definitely stay again when in town before choosing another hotel.

My overall rating for this hotel is lower beacuse I didn't like the fact of when I checked in there was an additional per night service charge. There fore the deal was no longer a deal. I could have went to several other hotels of the same quality for a better price.

This was the first time staying in this hotel. The room was nice and clean. The service from the front desk was very professional. The airconditionor could have been a little quieter, but it worked well. Overall our stay was good. Would be nice to have access to the pool and not have to pay extra.

At $39 a night I wasn't expecting much. When coming here in the past the place was run-down and in need of some love. They have since remodelled and the value is amazing!

The room was quiet and comfortable once we were able to find it. The desk provided no directions, not even that it was in a separate building from the desk. Parking was difficult due to the traffic flow. While there are many relatively expensive restaurants, all were in a casino setting. I prefer quiet to glitz. While the rooms was decent, I would think as many times I have stayed at CC, and the fact I have to be back in Reno for the USBC 2014 event I would be offered a repeat business price or offer to return. Internet access limited to one device per day, not easy to do with smart phones, and laptops when having to do e-business. Hotel is selected based on […] location to the National Bowling Stadium and price...so as long as that happens and quality does not fall off I should be back. Sad part, the Americana cafe, quality and service has fallen way off. Tried the breakfast buffet, scrambled eggs were ..not sure they were really eggs being used?!? We stay at circus circus in Vegas at least 2 4 times a year. Hands down i love this hotel n reno by far hands down!

Great stop over in Reno, staff were superb and the rooms were excellent (a bit of tlc required a little tired looking) but big and comfy nontheless.Would happily stay there again.

It was fine. Although it was expected to be crowded for the holiday weekend. The lines for checkin and elevator were looooong. But overall it was a good trip.

Many positives a few negatives, which will keep me from going there again. The staff was amazing. so friendly, so helpful, the room help was awesome... the room impeccably cleaned, but at the same time, I was in the sky tower and the rooms were outdated, the shower very old , the toilet very small and low... the coffee very cheap.. ( yet still provided)... […] the front staff was awesome, concierge, and security awesome with free water and cookies.. I ate at the steakhouse and the staff there was just so professional.. but I ate there because the lines to every other eating establishment in the house were at 1 hour waits.. not possible to just eat quick.... always lines..lines for check in lines for the elevators for 30 minutes when you finally get home.... 阅读更多信息

This was the worst hotel stay I have booked with Hotels.com. I booked 2 queens non smoking however upon arriving I was told that I had booked a king smoking. After explaining that my son had asthma and that there was no way I could stay in a smoking room even with an air filter machine. The RUDE front desk rep reluctantly put me in a king non smoking […] (there was 3 of us; my 2 sons and myself). The hotel staff was beyond rude throughout our stay: parking valet rude & not helpful, maid services kinocking on the door day of our departure @ 10 (check out is at noon). Reno has declined since my last visit in the late 90s lots of homeless people. The old Circus Circus bldg seemed to handle the 5.7 Quake well while I was there.

We stayed here one night on our wary to visit relatives in CA. It was fine in regards to giving us and the kids something to do to kill some time. However, the bathroom was dirty and really turned me off the place.

Only good thing was location. Staff at check-in was stiff. Hotel room was not very clean. Choice of dining was ok but almost every place had cleaniness issues from dishes to the tables, chairs, and floors.

This is supposed to be a 3 star or Diamond, it was clean and people ok, other then the check in receptionist attitude. But cheap, cheap accommodations, this is what you would expect from a Motel 6 but way over priced for that.

I was disappointed at the fees. I booked through hotels.com and paid in full. Or so I thought. When I checked in there was an additional charge for their weight room, wi-fi, coffee maker. This should be an optional fee if you use those services.

Our stay was good for the most part the check in clerk lady was very rude while checking in. We also had to leave one day early cuz of a family emergency back home.
