環境很糟糕、客房不乾淨、房外到處都有排泄物的味道、大麻味道、在Freeway 旁邊非常吵雜、毎天晚上都會聽到有人大力撞門的聲音（若是與大麻連結、這是個不意外的情況）、非常不安全的住宿地、令人半夜想要逃離的hotel、⋯⋯強烈強烈建議避免選擇這家hotel.

Number one there were no small toilets in the room tv had ten channels then there where the people next door to me that where fighting from 6pm to 5am police was call but nothing happened I just got up and left at three in morning because I couldn’t sleep and it was very aggressiving I will never return to that hotel again even the officer said do rent a room at this hotel

Upon checking in, there was no towel available in the room, and there is one bag of all male stuff in the closet and the worse is the bed is smelling with illegal smoking 🚬 stuff. This hotel is getting bad reviews because they don't care about the customer, we when to find towels from the other rooms available.

There was no staff after dark, and only a security guard. I struggled to get into a room after a late flight. There were no amenities. The pool was filthy, and not swimmable. The property was minimally maintained.

I like the place but the experience this weekend was horrendous. Refrigerator was broken my food spoiled and had the nerve to ask me leave my room to have it cleaned but when I returned some 10 hours later no toliet paper no fresh towels to be exact NOTHING WAS DONE TO MY ROOM. THE NIGHT PERSON was a founded in his car in the parking lot .So this was a bust had hopes with new managers.Big let down

Pretty much every room has a major amenity broken (TV, AC, toilet, door card reader) and the pool/hot tube is closed and green like a pond so don't know why it's even advertised. Was staying forca week and 2nd day i came back from work and all my stuff was removed from my room and was given to someone else. The "GM" Amber gave me so much aditude put me in 3 straight room with something majorly not working and received even more attitude like I'm being a bother mumbling to her front desk employee intentionally infront of me I'm done with this MFer changing rooms 6 times like it was my fault. So sorry I want a TV AC or a working toilet and not have all my personal belongings removed from a room I paid for

There were no amenetes i went to take a shower no body wash no shampoo no conditioner all bottles empty not even bar soap And as i look around no microwave no coffee maker no iron even the toilet paper holder was gone toilet paper on the floor. The fridge was even hot. Now i will say it was the first time being like this and either hopefully the last or it will be the last time i stay there.
