After having read previous reviews, I have the impression that the hotel is much improved. The breakfast now includes juices, cereals, pastries, waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, English muffins, toast, and fruits. It is exactly what you need for one night in Burlington...it is clean, comfortable and staff is nice. I did not try the breakfast there. I would stay for again and even for more than one night.

One night stay. Quick drive to downtown Burlington, great location. Room was clean and a good size for the price. Breakfast in the morning was standard but satisfactory. Would stay again.

We checked in very late after our plans were changed and needed an extra bed. Since we booked though hotels.com, we were told we would have to contact them - not what I wanted to hear! In the morning, the ill-fitting bottom sheet was off the bed to show old blood stains on the bed. We left a day early and found a better hotel.

my mother and i stayed at the hotel. all in all it was nice. However when we had breakfast the following morning at approx. 9am the sausages were burnt to crisp and tasted really bad. The eggs tasted like powdered and were also over cooked. This was by far the worst breakfast my mother and I have had in a long time. Just OK, a little tired looking. Not a big fan of external corridors, the cleanliness was just OK & I could notice the smell of smokers although we were in a non-smoking room.

The hotel was adequate but for the price, I would have expected more. The bathroom was tiny. We had to go to the front desk for towels as we had none. Also, the towels were old and small and flimsy. Will look elsewhere for the next trip.

My stay was fine. Did not like noise from the highway. Felt the rate was too high for a medium rated hotel. If they want to charge more they should update the rooms.

It seemed a bit pricey for the area and amenities, but perhaps not too bad considering the season near start of college and fall colors. Our only complaint was that the breakfast bar was too crowded, and the T.V. remote battery was weak.

Everything was good except for hot water in the morning. The shower changed from cold to hot to cold to hot. Other than that it was a nice stay but not for the price paid.

Satins on bedspread. Coke or other sweet liquid dried on working table. Beds too soft. Toothpaste on faucet. Bad impression overall.

very dissapointed. Room was not adequately cleaned, bed left unmaid, dirty laundry etc. Management was not helpful and did not deliver on promised remedies. Would NOT recommend.

It was okay for the price and was where we needed to be. Breakfast was adequate, with something for everyone. Juice varied with various amounts of concentrate, none good. Bathroom was tiny. On checking in noticed room smelled awfully damp. We saw mold in bathroom. Initially did not care too much, noting there is apparently no natural ventilation in these rooms other than the door (which we duly propped open). But we soon realised that parts of the carpet were soggy (truly as if someone had tipped water on the floor), while the entire carpet […] was damp to the touch. Reported to front desk who undertook to investigate and get maintenance to verify (presumably before giving us a different room). We waited ... Waited... Nothing. On following up we were told 'oh thats just the ac unit leaking - that happens' (as if this was normal), and in any case the ' maintenance guy goes home at night' (as if I was silly for expecting something to be done about it). The hotels location was very close (about 3.5 miles) to downtown Burlington and other attractions in the area. It was clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful and supplied area directions and pamphlets. Well, when we cross the Lost River Road, Woodstock NH when we came back from Ogunquit Maine, we had to find a nice hotel and a not very expensive one. So I download the application Hotels.com and start to find an hotel near Burlington... so the Quality Inn Colchester/Burlington Area was our best deal around !
