Nice hotel, convenient location to Middleton as well as the Capitol. Room was nice and clean staff was friendly. Pool area was clean and pool was warm. There is a spa as well but we didn't use. Lobby of hotel was nice, food OK. The pillows in the room were horrible. Very lumpy, and kind of wadded in the stuffing. (Made sleeping with them difficult) The towels were rather thread bear.

Hotel was clean and nicely located. I would tell others to stay here. The only thing that I wish the room had was a refrigerator. Other than that I have nothing negative to say. I am very picky on my hotel rooms and did not find any problems.

More than adequate and quite convenient hotel, although a bit more soundproofing would be a great addition. We heard folks talking in the next room, late into the night. And we heard every step taken by those directly above us.

Heater kept resetting itself to blow hot air even when we had it set at 62. Room was extremely warm the entire time there.

This hotel was very clean and very quite. The service was great and the Breakfast was even better. The view of the pond with the wildlife in it was very relaxing with the morning coffee. I will definitely stay at this hotel when I come down for UW football games.

The staff were over the top awesome they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and everything that we needed. We will be staying there several times during the year when we are in Madison on Business. Thank you to your wonderful caring staff.

Good for the price. Modern decore. Clean....very important. Breakfast was good. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Cons....small room. Noise from hall and mechanicals was pronounced.

We got the last room, a king handicap room on the 2nd floor. The hotel was full and yet it was quiet so we had a good sleep. Breakfast was mediocre, but was something to eat. Was not set up very strategically, like plates were in a corner and a person had to reach over anyone using the waffle machine to get them. Overall, it was a nice, clean, hotel. The room was standard. I didn't get down to the pool or fitness room. Breakfast looked good, but I was too busy to eat. Very nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. Really as expected. Very nice Continental breakfast (stay away from the breakfast quiche - it does not microwave well). There was a very nice selection, and the fruit and bagels were fresh. I did not have the waffle, but you can make your own. Enjoy your stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were in town for the Haunted Hustle Marathon and found the location to be extremely convenient (we were able to walk to the start/finish line and had numerous resteraunts within walking distance as well). Will not give this hotel my business again. I left my laptop power cord on the desk by mistake, and did not discover my mistake until I was in Chicago. Called and asked, and they said they had it. They readily agreed to mail it to me, so I gave them my address. Never received the power cord. It is truly my fault for leaving the power cord, so I cannot […] blame that on them. Hotel itself was great, easy to find location with a few restaurants nearby. Only complaint was getting stuck in a room across from the pool with a bunch of little league kids staying at the hotel.

This was a very comfortable Hotel. The first two nights was full and was quite crowed in the lobby area. Breakfast was also a challenge, but once the small soccer players left, the Hotel was quite nice. Our room was very comfortable and clean.
