Renaissance Sapporo Hotel - 札幌

It is a beautiful hotel with great value. The service is a 4/5 star. Though it is exactly in downtown, it is within manageable walking distance to main city areas. It is with great value for money.

I enjoyed this property at the price point I got it. At a higher price point, I would have to consider. Property is 3-4 block walk from Susukino and subway access. Figure on a 15 minute walk into this area or to subway. I think its a nice enjoyable walk but some might prefer to be immediately in town. Bus access for airport route is accross street. […] Rooms are big but not new. Beds are warped a little from aging. Lobby is very nice. Nice view of river. More quiet area than Susukino which is what I liked. Staff are excellent. Notwithstanding slightly older look, softer bed, and longer distance to subway; I still preferred this to the Mercure. I regretted leaving this property for the Mercure at the time. If you are staying a week or more - - the extra room size makes a big difference. 阅读更多信息

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean and comfort room. Free cable internet in the room was a good surprise. Free wifi in lobby also is not bad at all. It takes about 15 mins of walking to reach "downtown" where all bars, restaurants and shopping are located.

Excellent Location- a little away from the crowd. Impeccable service with a friendly helpful staff that makes you feel at home. Spacious rooms well equipped with amenities. 家族旅行で利用しましたが、部屋も非常に広く、綺麗でベッドも快適で満足でした。立地は少し繁華街から離れていますが、歩いて行ける距離なので問題ないと思います。コンビニエンスストアが思ったより遠かったと思いました。ホテルの対応も非常によく、また利用したいと思いました。

Hotel is nice in Sapporo, just a bit walk from shopping area. Room size is big in Japan. Breakfast should not miss with range of choice. Overall is comfort and relax.

細かいところまで気配りが出来ているホテルだと思います。 クラブフロアに泊りましたが、ラウンジで飲み物を飲みながらゆっくり出来ました。 お風呂にシャワーブースがあったので嬉しかったです。 ただ、部屋の暖房が暑すぎたので止めたんですが、それでも暑くて窓を全開にしました。 それでも暑かったのがちょっと困った点です。 後はスタッフの方もとても感じが良かったですし、クラシカルな雰囲気で高級感がありました。

建物・部屋はきれいで、状態もいいと思う。 廊下に部屋の音はきこえるので防音はさほど良くないが、建物外の音が気になるほど悪くもない。 徒歩で行動するには立地が良くないので、きれいな建物で落ち着いて滞在したい方向けだと思う。 車利用、あるいはタクシーを使うことが気にならなければ良い宿だと思う。 余分なサービスはないが、スタッフは言えば親切に対応してくれた。

見た目は少し古い感じでしたが、内装は普通にきれいで良かったです。 館内にお土産ショップもあるので、買い忘れた場合はこちらでもよいかな。 スタッフが親切でした。

* 일단 조식은 너무 비싸고 먹을 것 없습니다. * 첫날은 주로 택시 이동했으나, 둘째날부터는 지하철을 타고 걸어서 이동했습니다. 지하철역에서 약 도보로 10분 정도됩니다. * 객실 인터넷이 안되는 점이 아쉽더군요.
