It was clean and staff were helpful. Definitely not a higher end hotel but for a comfortable, clean place with good AC, it was well worth it for the price. Just a heads up that they charge $25 a night fee for dogs.

The rooms wasn’t properly clean the shower had hair in it the wash up sink was dirty no breakfast was offered the hotel was very hot and muggy towels in room were not dry I wouldn’t recommend this place

Crappy room, dirty bathroom, dirty fridge. Then the property charges a deposit that is not on the site, it would be different if i had a dog with me. Very unfriendly, sketchy neighborhood could have had a better room for the same price without the deposit or filth.

The staff was very friendly my entire stay, the room however was very disappointing. The bed was the only comfortable part of the room and the sheets were still covered in stains so I slept on the flat sheet. The mirrors and walls were covered in splatters of multiple things. I don’t think the mirror close to the bed has been cleaned in a long time, the baseboards around the window and ac where molding and falling apart, there was a lot of white powder on the ottoman for the chair, which had me concerned so quickly washcloth, the lightening is real bad and I had to move a lamp to the kitchen area just so I could see what I was doing, the window had huge cut outs in the screen and the view of the pool that hasn’t been running in awhile was not something I wanted to look at! There is also no longer a breakfast.

Check-in was fast and the staff was nice. The room was decent for the price. The room was bigger than most and the bed was alright. The view of the dilapidated pool was terrible. The breakfast was not what I expected but I did get a honey bun.

I.was on the 1st floor as entering the room I noticed that the door didn't lock. The bathtub had mildew all around the baseboard. The bed fitted sheet had old blood stain that didn't come out And there was a bed bug on top of the sheet. So then they moved me on the 2nd floor and the blank had cigarettes burns so I didn't care because it was late and I came there as an emergency. I didn't get my money back and I was not satisfied about the whole situation. There was people sleeping im the lobby as well as addicts there begging for a ride or anything else. I supposed to be out on the 4th of June 2026 around 11am but instead me and my family left at 5:50 am. Fire department was there police and paramedics Commotion on the 1st floor. I left quicker than I arrived. I booked the room and the credit card machine didn't even work and they still asked for a security deposit on top of the I still had to pay. Only God knows that I Will not stay there again. They need to do better like seriously they do. I feel so disgusted while there.
