We were only there for one night, but it was a great hotel. We had a whole suite with a comfortable couch and the bed was wonderful. They offered a nice breakfast in the morning which has a wide variety of choices. If you are visiting Pocatello, you will find a good night's sleep at the Quality Inn!

We have stayed in other hotels in the area for multiple days like this stay but never have we had staff ask multiple times if we needed room housekeeping and or towels . The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant stay and i will be returning.

Overall nice stay . You can tell older hotel that was repainted/remodeled. You can smell the older smells in our room. Water pressure was low-medium tub/shower drained very slowly. I would stay again if needed. My only complaint was the gentleman manning the breakfast area was constantly in your way .. it’s a small area . Between keeping the food stalked and taking out the extremely small trash can and washing tables. He was every where you turned and had to wait for him.

Hotels com shows this property to have a pool and hot tub. They do, but apparently they have been out of order for 2 years. They also state they have laundry service, but when asked, they do not participate in this either. Shower drain doesn't drain much, so tub fills up with water when showering. Hotel is pretty dated, but it's fairly clean. Beds were comfortable, breakfast is ok also. The higher review number definitely seems odd, as our experience doesn't equate to much more than a 5 or 6.

I’ve stayed here before, and it’s usually a solid experience. This time, the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner; some sticky spots on the toilet and a couple of broken shampoo and conditioner bottles. There were also some minor stains in the bathtub that came off once it got wet. That said, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Overall, still a decent stay.
