M-Star Hotel Goodlettsville - 古德利茨维尔

Rooms were clean and comfortable but there was no Wi-Fi service at all so we won't be back. Too many other nice hotels in the area that have free Wi-Fi and free breakfast for the same price.

This hotel is just fine. The exterior is kinda icky, but the rooms are cleaner than some of the more expensive hotels in the area. It is in a safe part of town and there are a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. I would stay here again.

Checked in on Friday 08/20/2012 to a clean room. Checked out Monday 08/23/2012. No maid services were provided/available during the entire stay. Room was vacant from 10 AM till 10 PM Saturday and Sunday. Returned late both nights to an untouched room. Was scared by how cheap it was but the neighborhood is perfectly suburban-y and safe. The room was updated (no clock though!) and manager on duty helpful and polite. We had no remote for the room and he promptly brought us one even though it was really late. It was a haul from downtown but worth it to save the money.

I purchased this room from the hotel a double bed for one night when I got there I recieved a room with one bed. Then I was under the impression there was a open pool. There's a pool, with no water so that was another let down. Had I known I'd have booked the motel 8 across the street with a functioning pool.

wasnt sure what to expect as not much to lookat from outside,but rooms look as if recently been refurbished and are very clean and spacious,tea/coffe maker in room would be nice. Staff were very helpful and friendly.All in all good value for price paid.

First room was nice but the sattalitte tv system did not work, pack it all back up and move 12 rooms down to a room that was not cleaned good(paper on floor, gum stuck on headboard of bed). Had to ask for linens after the room was cleaned, several times I had to ask to get the room cleaded or the bed was made and nothing else was touched(dirty towels […] on floor in bath, trash not emptied, carpet not vacuumed). overall even this motel having only been 2 months since being remodeled it was a mess. When I arrived they were having some kind of issues, took forever to check me in and he tried to recharge and i had to show my receipt from where i had already paid, then finally got to room to see all the trash from the previous person who had stayed, maid service had not been there, desk clerk came by wondering why it happened and stepped in my non […] smoking room with a lit cigarette, and I am an asthmatic. then they came in threw trash away, maid was actually nice, but was treated badly by the desk guy. only changed sheets put dirty bed spread back on my bed while i was still in room, then when i left tried to go to office to get a receipt and check out but the same desk clerk was in office on cell phone but would not acknowledge me, so i just took my keys back to the room and put them inside. a bunch of shady characters around as well. will never go back there. 阅读更多信息

Was close to Nashville. Sites. Will look at hotels .com better next time for a nicer place. To stay a lot of. Loud music played Our car was hit in parking lot. Had cameras. But would not let us see the footage . Not one day was our room cleaned

We stayed here for cma fest in nashville. It wasn't too far and the price was great. It's no 5 star hotel but who needa that, we just needed it to catch some sleep in between days and take a shower. No complaints

The owner didn't speak English well enough to communicate the correct room number to us so we ended up in the wrong room. Instead of 2 beds we had 1, it smelled like ciggarette smoke, door keys didn't work, dingy bed sheets, dirty towels. The appearance of the staff looked messy and very unprofessional.
