Very convenient to Bass Hall. Hotel staff courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Valet parking attendants also first rate.

We were in town for the Van Cliburn piano competition and this hotel was only steps away from the Bass Hall. There were many restaurants close by, so no need for a car. The included breakfast was extensive - even made to order omelets. There is also a free happy hour every day. The work out room was the best I've seen at a hotel - plenty of room, machines […] weights and balls.Only draw backs were that the room faced a very small interior courtyard, so was quite dark. Great service with the valet parking - even provided cold water bottles in our cup holders when we left. We enjoyed the manager's reception with chips, dip, salsa, fruit, and drinks - a nice bonus!

Perfect for my needs during Cliburn International Piano Competition. Valet parking was pricey, but other lots within easy walking distance. Exceptionally friendly and courteous staff. Little old ladies really appreciate it!

The restaurant inside the Hotel closed early and every restaurant within three blocks closed early. I had to order room service and everything was old and over done. Worst room service I have ever had!

From the moment I pulled up, the service was impeccable. The valets, the check-in staff, everyone. They set the bar very high. The rooms were immaculate. The neighborhood was wonderful. The amenities were above reproach. I would wholeheartedly recommend this location.

Excellent. The bed could have been a little softer. And my room was across from the elevator which means I heard all of the guests' noise along with downtown traffic, but other than that the room was great.

Peter front desk was unfriendly and told me my 2 credit cards were declined, when in fact the reader was not working. I called my bank they said there was no history of transactions. He embarrassed me infront of my family and other people. He just was careless and bit rude handling my situation. First impression...

We often stay at Embassy Suites, but this stay was disappointing. The room was too small for a family of four. Housekeeping was terrible. The first day, our room didn't get cleaned until 3:00pm! The second day, they didn't come at all. The customer service was really good and they have the best valet service! The breakfast buffet was acceptable. Always a great place to stay (my fifth time at least). Suites are comfortable. Manager can open the starbucks canteen for you at any hour for late nite snacks or cocktails for your room. Breakfast is cooked to order. Price is a bit high, but Fort Worth is a pricey town. Excellent hotel and the staff is very nice and accomodating. The manager's reception and breakfast buffet are A+. The only negative is the swimming pool which is about the size of 4 hot tubs, but the other items overcome this minor deficiency.

The hotel we stayed at was the best hotel I have been to, but the only thing that was a problem was the valet. Valet is expensive and I saw them peel out of the parking drive way with someone else's car when leaving the parking lot. That was scary because they are ruining someone's tires that way. Also, the maid service took forever to clean the rooms. […] The air circulation was also an issue in our room and we could hear everything on Saturday outside our room. Those were the only bad things about the hotel. The hotel service was awesome. The staff was friendly and the room was layout nicely. Stayed here during a conference. The location was great! Close to the convention center and restaurants and entertainment. The room was very comfortable. The staff was excellent and very helpful.

It probably would have been easier to valet park if the international art show wasn't at the same time. Blocked off roads were a nightmare! the hotel staff were very kind and helpful. They went out of their way to park the car and even carry our bags up to our room. The rooms were awesome! Definitely book this hotel!

Very comfortable hotel in older down town fort worth. The sundance square is undergoing major rebuild and may be completed by end of 2013. Plenty of restraunts nearby, recomend cowtown rest/bar, the Cabos grande spanish mex, and the hotels own Thai Tina,s.

The hotel employees were very friendly and the hotel is conveniently located in downtown Ft. Worth (although there isn't much in downtown Ft. Worth). They have a cook to order breakfast and a manager's reception every evening.

We did not actually even stay the night. When we arrived at 8:30 p.m. after a full day we were greeted by a young lady who had little to no experience on the check in procedures or process. Check in process took over 30 minutes, while at the front desk she had a conversation with a housekeeper while trying to complete my checkin. When she confirmed […] my room, she stated that she had a smoking room available, I politely informed her that we had specifically requested a non smoking room due to to asthma. She handed me a key and stated that she would check with the MOD to see if the room was mislabled in the system. When she returned she stated that she had confirmed that the room was a non-smoking room and apologized. I proceeded to the room where we discovered that not only were we on the smoking floor but our room reaked of cigarette and cigar smoke. Back to the lobby to wait for 10 minutes to be helped, informed the front desk clerk room was indeed a smoking room. Clerk apologized and stated that she would find a new room. I proceeded to new room , opened the door to the room to find that another family was checked into the room. We returned to the front desk asked for a manager and was told no one would be available until Monday...we then left and made arrangements at another hotel. 阅读更多信息

We chose this hotel because of the suites, the downtown location, and the free hot breakfast--based on previous ES experiences, we knew the breakfast alone was worth a good $15 per person.
