InnPlace Hotel Bensalem - 本萨勒

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Right next to Parx Casino. All the staff was friendly. My only complaint is the TV was old but that is just me being picky. Nice place will definitely stay there again.

We stayed here on business, and couldn't have been more satisfied with the professionalism of the staff, cleanliness of the rooms, internet access, everything one would want in a hotel. We were pleased with the convenient location to restaurants and work.

The hotel was nice and the staff was great! The only negative we found was the television barely had any channels. If you are in the room, you will not be very entertained with the television channels.

I don't stay at hotels often, but 3pm check-in time seemed odd and inconvenient. The woman at the desk gave a hint of attitude when she saw us come through the door at 1pm. Excellent service with nice free breakfast buffet and good fitness room. Only problem: not enough dumbbells in the fitness room (only 2 5-lb, 1 15-lb, and 2 20-lb).

This Hotel was very clean, the staff extremely friendly, came with a hot breakfast that was extremely great! Hot eggs, breakfast potatoes, hot oatmeal, coffee and juices..cold cereal, pastries, bagels, toast, yogurt, etc. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. A bit harder than usual to find, but when found a real treasure.

Wife and I stayed one Saturday night, on short notice. Got a great rate from hotels.com. It was a little hard to find, being set waaaay back from the road, in back of other buildings. When I booked the room was promised a rollaway bed,but was not given one due to size of room, also I had to ask for a microwave to be brought to the room with no visible outlet to plug in.

everything was great except when we went to check in, i asked the front desk about the breakfast that came with our reservation. she said it was a continental breakfast. i said when i made the reservation, it never said anything about continental breakfast, it said free breakfast. if it was continental, it should have said it was continental. most places […] that i make reservations with distinguish the difference. but she was very nice and gave us a coupon that gave us the buffet each morning that we were there. other than that, everything was great. 阅读更多信息

My friend and I escaped for a casino get-away and picked this hotel based solely on his proximity to Parx Casino. We were pleasantly surprised from the incredibly comfortable beds to the kindness of the female staff member we met at breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and again and again given the opportunity.

After 3 times that they sent us up & down , the room was not ready, no fridge, no microwave, breakfast was nothing but cold eggs and some sausages. Ice machine and soda machine didn't work !!! It's worth to spend extra $ and go somewhere else. Overall : I wouldn't give any stars to this place!!!!

It med our needs. We were there to attend a wedding at a near by facility, so we spent little time in the hotel. However, we found the employees at the desk to be very polite/helpful. Also, were tthe cleaners. Parking was adequate. Very quiet atmosphere, which we liked. The coffee was very good!

The hotel was nice. We had a couple issues with our room when we first checked in. There was a lightbulb out and the door to the adjoining room next to us wouldn't lock. We considered getting another room but the handyman fixed everything in about 15 mins. The breakfast was OK. They only had sausage one day out of the 4 days we were there but honestly […] we were happy with everything else. Oh and there is only one microwave in the entire hotel! That was a definite con. We were told this was was once a Ramada. Clean and comfortable. Great staff. Some things are needing upgrades (some wallpaper, some chairs in the dining area were rocky) but overall not bad. Well set up for business travelers and very convenient to Parx Casino next door including a shuttle if you so desire .
