Easy access to parking. Breakfast was inconsistent and hot food was unappealing a couple times. There was an empty toothpaste tube under the toilet so it’s probably not being cleaned well. Room was clean otherwise. TV was inoperable all day Friday. Staff was great. Helpful, friendly and efficient.

Our room our was dirty. There was a used. Band-Aid stuck to the picture in the room. The tub was filthy. The soap dispenser was falling off the wall in the shower. Our shower control was stripped and dripped continuously.The hallways in the hotel were like a sauna, but the air-conditioning in the room did work well. Breakfast choices were limited as the pancake machine was broken and by 8 o’clock there was not one yogurt left in the refrigerator. The pool was also broken. Facility is not well maintained at all.

Very very disappointed with this location. No toilet paper and dirty tub/shower and the phone in the room didn’t work. Floor was not vacuumed well and no smart TV for personal viewing or mirroring. Best experience was Jayce at the front desk. Great customer service although not much she could do to help. Offered IHG points to my account unfortunately I have yet to see them or the 100.00 deposit. My husband and I had to go to Walmart to get our own toilet paper and cleaning supplies for the tub. Full service housekeeping is only on day 3 of your stay. No pool it’s under maintenance Unfortunately I won’t ever stay here again and very questionable about any other Holiday In Express. Pros - Clean sheets and no bed bugs or roaches to deal with. For the most part the room was decent but a bit small for my 6’4 husband. Continental Breakfast wasn’t too bad and was made available pretty early as expected.

This property is well located within the central shopping area of Crestwood. Access to the expressway into Chicago's city center is easily accessible. The property itself is well kept and the rooms are spacious.

All the above I came in last minute for a funeral staff was amazing property was conveniently located room was spectacular pool was nice and breakfast was top notch and the lady who attends the coffee and breakfast area was amazing to my who family and she did an amazing job wish I had gotten her name!

The rooms were not clean at all. We came as a group for a volleyball tournament and were extremely disappointed. Being told there was no housecleaning staff, there were no towels or linen was disgusting. Some teammates left for other hotels as we were told they overbooked and nothing could be done about the rooms. The lady that was there in the morning was very helpful and accommodating but overall it was not a good experience.
