There were several La Quinta's to select from in the area. I choose this hotel because it stated Inn and Suites. Was quite disappointed it was not a suite. I also was disappointed that only the king room had a refrigerator and microwave. The staff was nice and courteous and explained but it was a let down.

Bed was comfortable, convenient location. However, the hallway and our hotel room smelled like smoke even though we were in a nonsmoking room. Nonsmoking rooms should be on nonsmoking floors. Probably won't stay her again due to the smell of smoke.

I checked in on Friday night and experienced a great ease of checking in. I extended for Sat and Mon-Thurs with little or no problem. The only thing I can say about the property is the fact that it is a bit dated, and the hallways are kind if worn and run down

The room was nice & clean. You can tell the hotel is older by its appearance but overall it was nice. I would prefer more variety for breakfast as well. I did feel safe due to the rooms being inside the hotel.

night staff was unpleasant. Room that was reserved 1 week in advance was not available upon check-in. Light bulbs burnt out. Standing water in bathtub.

I was first placed in a room that had a gross looking bath tub but they were very polite and gave me another room, Bed- comfortable. Carpet felt oily.

The front desk gentleman (can't remember his name) was great! Even called to my room as soon as I checked in and wanted to know if the room was satisfactory! When we checked out, it was pouring rain and I didn't have an umbrella and a young lady working brought hers up and walked me to the car! Wow! Great customer service!

Room was supposed to be non-smoking, however it was or has been a smoking room. Although room was clean, hallways in the place needed some serious attention. Staff was efficient and pleasant. Rooms were just fine however we only used one of the two rooms due to family illness. We weren't able to notify hotels.com in time so we just paid the price. However we were very satisfied with the accomodations.

The man at the front desk called us maybe half an hour after we arrived to make sure the room was okay. I've never had anyone do that before and was very impressed. Would definitely stay here again.

1st room I was issued was clean...changed rooms because the bath tub was dirty. The second room was cleaner, but I almost slipped and fell in the tub because of the slope on the floor of the tub. My stay was pleasant. I only needed the room for sleeping at night. The heat and z/c worked very well. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I really like the good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was very good, too.

Based on reviews I was expecting much worse, and was pleasantly surprised. My room on the first floor had been renovated and had an HD flat screen and had great HD stations available. The fitness […] room was small with an eliptical, a small stationary bike, and a treadmill which I used and it worked very well with A/C and a TV in the room. I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was helpful, the rooms were clean, and the location was convenient. There was a bit of a mildewy, old smell in the hallway, but, other than that, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Excellent customer service! We had a problem with the air not getting cool enough in our room...they moved us immediately...and we slept in comfort! They are very affordable...comparable to a motel-6, but nicer! The beds were pretty nice for the price, and our room was CLEAN. They have a pet policy and allow pets...but I did NOT see any other signs […] of people staying previously with pets...no hair, no itchy feeling, no spots on the floor. The stairwell was a little dirty...not too bad...but then again, I had two giant dogs with me! A+ for a surprising price! Comparable to a Holiday Inn Express...only cheaper.
