"还可以"
所处位置还算方便，酒店干净，虽然是shared bathroom但一层有四个，浴室卫生间设施完善洁净，房间里有显示灯告诉你卫生间的占用情况，很方便。只是房间真的好小，像capsule hotel的感觉。还从来没体验过这么mini的房间呢，不过麻雀虽小五脏俱全，房间里需要的都有，还包括洗脸池、毛巾和吹风机。自己住还是比较舒服的。Hotels.com 真实住客点评

我在Pod酒店呆过以后就想如果我能够花更多一点钱换个更好的，大点的，更靠近市中心的宾馆就好了。但是纽约的消费告诉我这不太现实。想想其他我住过的地方至少要贵一倍，所以这个宾馆在价格上非常好了。让我印象最深的是浴室。浴室非常干净，我还曾预想浴室是那种由隔板隔开的，不过它们却是独立的房间，所以可以很好地保护自己的隐私。床比较舒适，服务员非常友好，清洁工作做得不错。房间有橱柜或者一些隐蔽之处可以放你的东西。房间太小，甚至连你的行李箱都放不下，所以如果你是幽闭症患者千万不要住在这里。虽然我知道它应该很小，但是还是有点超出我的预期。澳大利亚人可以在楼下喝点不错的茶。免费的Wifi网络不错，宾馆门卫在岗位上的时候（他们不是总在那的）看起来很友好。宾馆位置不错，尤其适合喜欢走路的人。步行去时代广场要15-2 […] 0分钟（我没有亲自走过）。那时候天冷，我只是去乘地铁，也就是说宾馆里地铁站很近，想去南边或者北边非常方便。所以，如果你需要节省开支地住，那么这是适合你的宾馆。 阅读更多信息Hotels.com 真实住客点评

"Cant beat value for stay"
Room so small its actually cool, like staying in a bunk in a ship complete w metal sink. But this is one of the City's best bargains - clean, efficient and kinda fun. Will stay over and over. "Fun friendly atmosphere"

Hotel rooms in NYC tend to be small - Pod rooms are smaller! But up-dated, well-designed, clean & comfortable. Pod 51 is in a great Mid-town location on the eastside with many good restaurants and the subway a couple of blocks away. It was quiet. The bathrooms down the hall were clean tile + marble, good fixtures. Only complaints: insufficient pillows […] and no in-room coffee maker! This hotel is clean, comfortable and in a great location, within walking distance of Times Square! Would definitely stay here again on a return trip to New York. I had experienced better value from my prior hotel in the region, which was only marginally more expensive but significantly better on all fronts. "Great place for the money."
Yes, you have to be comfortable in a small space and sharing a bathroom (rooms do have sinks). There is a small desk to get work done and you can go downstairs and work on one of the dining tables or sit on the couch. Location is perfect for the subway or to grab a cab. Overall it was a good place for the cost in the city. However the rooms really are extremely small and the beds well I have slept on better. Didn't get much sleep there my only night as I tend to be a lite sleeper and with the noises of the city outside and the 2" gap under my door I unfortunately heard every late nighter that returned to the hotel. Overall, pretty good. We forgot to tip the cleaning service on a day-to-day basis on a 5-day stay, so on day 4, the cleaning service decided not to clean our room. "Bare Basics"
The hotel receptionist didn't come off friendly at all. She made no mention that there are shared baths and toilets either. I had to hear it through a customer who was outraged that she wasn't getting a private bath. Me and my boyfriend overlooked the circumstance and enjoyed the art and ambiance of the hotel itself. It was a wonderful mix of young people, business people and travelers who wanted to stay in the city for an affordable price. My room was perfect, big enough for me but no wasted space on that stupid table they put in the corner of most hotel rooms that you never use. The rooftop garden offered a wonderful view out over Manhattan and the outdoor dining […] was private and coxy. The food was great, I had coffee and a bagel both good values and tasty. Thursday night when I came in there was a basket of the bakery from the day that had a sign on it saying help yourself, a nice little treat for those travelers who might not be able to afford much food in the city. My title says it all - considering it's location and price, the hotel was a great value for NYC (when most NYC hotels are horrible value and far too much money.) There are plenty of bars and restaurants within a couple of blocks, a supermarket right around the corner, and you're just a couple of blocks from the subway. Times Square is a 10 to 15 minute […] walk; Rockefeller Center even closer. We had shared bathrooms and they were always clean and available. The staff were extra helpful.
